The slogan of Hajj 99 was announced
At the meeting of the Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, the slogan of the next Hajj was announced as Hajj; Spirituality, Solidarity and Islamic Authority.
As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, In this meeting, which was chaired by Representative of Supreme Leader in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab; Supervisor of Iranian Pilgrims referring to the 99 Hajj slogan, said: "This slogan was selected from thirty suggestions received from different units, and in selecting the words, the Supreme Leader's recommendations in the second phase of revolution and the issues of Islamic nations and International have been considered."
Referring to the importance and works of the Great Hajj Congress, he said: "Spirituality is one of the Hajj's goals and in dealing with the challenges facing the Islamic world, the dignity of the Islamic Ummah will be considered.
According to the report, Mr. Ali Reza Rashidian, head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, said that the Saudi Ministry of Hajj has not yet made a clear and definite statement about the upcoming Hajj. The situation is such that this organization and the Supreme Leader Delegation Office must be prepared for different situations, so the necessary measures are being followed in different areas until the Hajj issue becomes clear.
Mr. Rashidian also presented a report on the measures taken to transfer the currency needed for the upcoming Hajj to Saudi Arabia and also about the future of the trip to Atbat-e-Aliat , He said: "The health protocol has been sent to the Iraqi Ministry of Health through our Ministry of Foreign Affairs and we are waiting for the response of the other side. "
He added: "With the reduction of coronavirus, this protocol can be used for the movement of pilgrims on both sides, and also can be used as guidelines for preventing the transmission and spread of coronavirus between the two countries."
The meeting continued with the report of Supervisor of Hajj and Umrah Deputy Office to Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Akbar Rezaei, on completing more than 75% of the capacity of Hajj caravans and continuing the process of registering pilgrims. He also announced the start of medical examinations for pilgrims and brokers from Tuesday (May 6).
Representative of Supreme Leader in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs said cultural deputy of Supreme Leader Delegation Office has started training pilgrims in cyberspace, and considering the activation of caravans in cyberspace and the formation of a group, the clerics of caravans will also provide the materials needed by pilgrims.
He also stressed the need for greater coordination between the executive and cultural units in training pilgrims in cyberspace.
