We are waiting the official position of Saudi Arabia for Hajj trip
Although the executive and cultural programs of the upcoming Hajj are being pursued, the trip depends on the announcement of Saudi Arabia's official position that in the current situation, the host country can provide the necessary conditions, it was announced at the meeting of the Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader Delegation Office and Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization.
As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, at this meeting, which was chaired by Representative of Supreme Leader in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab; the head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization said: as there is not much time left until the dispatch of the pilgrims, according to the Hajj memorandum, the executive work including the examinations of the pilgrims is being carried out according to the plan.
Noting that maintaining the dignity and honor of Iranian pilgrims is at the forefront of negotiations for sending pilgrims, he added: "Saudi Arabia has not yet officially determined the duties or restrictions of the upcoming Hajj, and peforming Hajj Rituals is subject to the announcement of the country's position."
Supervisor of Hajj and Umrah Deputy Office to Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Akbar Rezaei noting that the medical examinations of the agents and pilgrims of Hajj 99 are being carried out in stages, added: "Some provinces and cities needed a doctor, which will be provided quickly."
He pointed out that the meetings of the " Blessings to the house " project have started with the coordination of the relevant agencies aiming to help domestic production and in order to fulfill the slogan of the year and increase the number of stores offering goods , adding: launch of this project is a good opportunity for pilgrims to buy their souvenirs from inside the country, so it was decided that this project will be pursued and finalized more quickly.
According to the report, Mr. Gholamreza Rezaei, Head of the Representation Office of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization in Saudi Arabia, presented a report in general on the shortcomings and problems in Arafat and solving these problems.
