Review of Hajj's operational and executive processes

At the meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization was announced: with the aim of reviewing the operational and executive processes of Hajj in Iran and Saudi Arabia, 26 subjects will be reviewed and decided on in various working groups.

As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, at this meeting, which was chaired by Supreme Leader's Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and Supervisor of Iranian Pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab; Chairman of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization and deputies of this organization mentioned the subjects discussed in these working groups and Mr. Ali Reza Rashidian stated: In the opportunity obtained from the closure of Hajj, the meetings of these working groups were held and the result was announced to the Planning Council.
Mr. Rashidian emphasized: "Maintaining a fresh morale in the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, Supreme Leader Delegation Office and preparing for the next Hajj, along with paying attention to the force and funding of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Complex, is priority."
According to the report, the representative of Supreme Leader in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs also considered it necessary to plan carefully for the post-Hajj closure period and said: given the current situation, a suitable program should be developed for the Hajj Organization and Supreme Leader Delegation Office and it should be done in a way that the human resources does not feel worried while saving.
He further pointed out the need to pay attention to the common points between the Hajj and Supreme Leader Delegation Office in the process of reviewing the executive and cultural processes of Hajj and emphasized: it is necessary to use each other's experiences and capacities and also consultation in this direction.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab also called for targeting in reforming processes and methods, saying that the 26 subjects raised should be categorized and the subjects that are likely to overlap should be consolidated and also use of good experiences from other countries should be considered.
Referring that the pilgrims who have registered ask officials of the Hajj and Pilgrimage about holding the future Hajj al-Tamattu' and Umrah, Supervisor of Iranian Pilgrims said: This reaction shows that the people are sensitive to the divine obligation of Hajj and are determined to fulfill this religious and divine duty that they have been waiting for years.
Referring to the importance of Hajj for the people, he added: "Pilgrims are complaining about the cancellation of Hajj for foreign pilgrims and they hope to be able visit the land of revelation next year."
The representative of Supreme Leader, quoting narrations from Amir al-Mu'minin and Imam Sadiq (as) regarding Hajj, stated: The basis of establishing Kaaba is to organize and strengthen the society and the people, and in various narrations, it has been specified that Hajj should not be closed.
