Approval of receiving second installment of Hajj al-Tamttu’ registration fee to complete the foreign currency purchasing
Receiving the second installment of Hajj al-Tamttu’ registration fee to complete the foreign currency purchasing was approved at the meeting of the Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader Delegation Office and Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization.
As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, at the meeting of the Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, was decided that the pilgrims of Hajj al Tamttu’ 99 pay the second installment of the registration fee based on the degree of the caravan they have chosen.
This meeting was chaired by Supreme Leader's Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and Supervisor of Iranian Pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdol fattah Navvab.
At this meeting, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab asked Chairman of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Alireza Rashidian to provide accurate and clear information in this regard and give priority to the rights of pilgrims so that the dear pilgrims can pay this installment with transparency and knowledge that paying the second installment is in their favor.
After receiving the first installment of the registration fee, the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization purchased two-thirds of the currency allocated to the 99th Hajj pilgrims, and now the money obtained from receiving the second installment will be transferred to the Central Bank account to purchase the remaining one-third, Mr Rashidian emphasized.
Chairman of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization added: "Pilgrims who pay the second installment will not be subject to an increase in the currency cost of their travel in the next Hajj."
Head of Management Development and Resources Deputy in Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Ghorban Mirzaei also at this meeting reported on the registration status and the total amount deposited by pilgrims as the first installment and said: It is considered that although there may be changes in the provision of services inside, but efforts will be made not to increase the foreign exchange cost of Hajj travel.
Chairman of Arbaeen’s Cultural and Educational Committee, Hojjat al-Islam Hamid Ahmadi presented a comprehensive report on the committee's programs for the Arbaeen season and specified: Various scenarios have been designed in connection with the future Arbaeen, and in addition to interacting with the national media, good plans have been made for the use of cyberspace and other areas of information to revive the Arbaeen space domestically and globally.
According to the report, Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs also called for attention to the seven recommendations of the Supreme Leader in the statement of the second phase of the revolution in planning of Arbaeen season and the role of martyred Qasem Soleimani in reviving this spiritual ceremony.
Chairman of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization emphasized: The umbrella of Arbaeen programs should be inclusive and included traditional and non-traditional audiences of religious culture.
According to the report; Hojjat al-Islam Navvab , pointing out that the month of Muharram is approaching while coronavirus has affected the whole world, emphasized at the beginning of the meeting, In the current situation, by proper planning and observance of health protocols, opportunities and facilities should be used well to mourn.
The representative of the Supreme Leader in Hajj and Pilgrimage also condemned the shameful agreement on the normalization of the UAE's relations with the Zionist regime, stating: This usurping and fake regime is a cause of misery for the Islamic world. The presence of a fake regime in the region can lead to more challenges and problems in the Islamic world. Since the announcement of its existence, this child-killing regime has cut off the smile from the lips of Palestinian children and families and scattered the seeds of discord and discord in the region.
