Holders of Hajj al-Tamttu' deposit bills to complete their information
All the holders of Hajj al-Tamttu' deposit bills should complete their information, it was announced at the meeting of the Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization.
As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, the meeting of the Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization was chaired by Supreme Leader's Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and Supervisor of Iranian Pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab.
Mr. Davood Bagheri, in charge of coordinating the secretariat of the 21 working groups reviewing the executive processes in the field of Hajj and Pilgrimage, and Kamran Akbari, the director general of the office of planning, receiving and sending Hajj and Umrah pilgrims about the working group reviewing the processes of registration, planning, transportation and dispatch provided reports at this meeting.
The secretariat has prepared the executive processes using the opinions of experts and thinkers in the center and 32 provinces, and based on the enactments, the Tasharof System will be made smart, Mr. Bagheri stated.
Mr. Akbari also said: "We have about one million and hundred thousand depositors for Hajj rituals and most of them did not enter to the depositors' information completion system; it is necessary to complete and update their information."
The representative of the Supreme Leader in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs also stressed the need to facilitate the access of pilgrims to accompany in the Hajj process and said: launching a comprehensive system including various processes such as registration, dispatch, transportation, nutrition and logistics and accommodation... should be considered and its advantages and disadvantages should be examined in order to implement the best method.
Dr. Seyyed Ali Marashi, the director of Hajj and Pilgrimage Medical Center, also reported at the meeting on how to provide meningitis vaccine and the medicines needed for pilgrims in case of Hajj performance.
Supreme Leader's Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs also at this meeting congratulated the 22nd Bahman, the anniversary Islamic Revolution victory and pointed to the emphasis of the Imam of the Nation that the revolution belongs to all, urging everyone to make more efforts to fulfill the recommendations and guidelines of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the Supreme Leader.
