Turkey's young people meets with Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs
A group of Turkish young Muslims who had traveled to Islamic Iran met with Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs. The meeting was held in the Supreme Leader Delegation Office.
As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, Supreme Leader's Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and Supervisor of Iranian Pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab at meeting with a group of Turkish young Muslims who was traveled to Islamic Iran, referring to the anniversary of late Imam Khomeini; pointed to the characteristics of Imam Khomeini (RA) and said: the late Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution was able to control his soul.
Sincerity in action and avoid of hypocrisy were other prominent features of Imam Khomeini (RA), so it should be noted that God grants status to human beings based on sincerity of intention, he added.
Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs, referred to having knowledge and foresight, training students, self-sacrifice and simplicity of life as other moral characteristics of the great architect of the Islamic Revolution and said: all divine leaders with their worthy companions were able to do great things, Imam Khomeini also trained devoted disciples with complete sincerity.
Supervisor of Iranian Pilgrims pointed to the simplicity of Imam Khomeini's life and said: the divine leaders of society always keep their standard of living below the middle level of society so that life is not difficult and expensive for the poor. Jamaran Hussainiya was a clear example of the simplicity of the late Imam's life, when many leaders and elders of the world realized the greatness and glory of the great leader of the Islamic Revolution.
He emphasized: Imam Khomeini was separated from both position and also home, wife and child, and when their noble son was martyred, Imam mentioned it as one of the divine gifts for the Islamic Revolution. This is while the late Mustafa Khomeini was a figure who referred to as the future hope of Islam.
If the Zionist regime does not feel safe in the usurped land today, it is because of the actions of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader, and as long as the thoughts of the late Imam prevails in the world, there will be no place for oppressors, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab pointed out.
In another part of his speech, he considered it necessary for every believer to read the divine political testament of Imam Khomeini (RA) and then referred to the martyrdom of Imam Ja'far Sadiq (AS) and some of his characteristics and said that Imam Sadiq (as) did not consider the rulers of his time legitimate.
Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs mentioned the explanation of jurisprudence and the instructions for living well as other actions of that Imam and continued: today, all the Islamic world and all Islamic religions are using the knowledge of jurisprudence of Imam Sadiq (as).
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab mentioned the training of students in various scientific fields, respect for people and attention to vulnerable groups as other characteristics of Imam Ja'far Sadiq (as) and reminded: Hisham Ibn Salem says: Imam Sadiq (as) at the dark of night take some bread, meat and money and put it on his shoulders and rush to the needy in the city of Medina and distributed among them. They did not know him. When Imam Sadiq (as) was martyred and those night alms did not continue, the needy realized who was giving them food and money every night.
At the meeting, Hojjat al-Islam Morteza Torabi, a member of Supreme Leader Delegation Office's faculty spoke about following the Ahl al-Bayt and also using the divine and political testament of Imam Khomeini as a life and social program in the world.
