Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and Supervisor of Iranian pilgrims stressed the need to present the works of Hajj and Pilgrimage Research Institute in the cyberspace and said: all works should be available to the audience

As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab visited on Wednesday the collections of the Supreme Leader’s Representation in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs in Qom.


During the visit, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab accompanied by Management and Resources Development Deputy in the Supreme Leader Delegation Office Mr. Mohammad Hossein Khoshnevis.


 Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs first attended in the Supreme Leader Delegation Office in Qom Region and was informed about the activities carried out and ongoing actions and also its future plans.


During this visit, head of the representative office of Supreme Leader in Qom area Hojjat al-Islam Mohammad Hossein Askari Alaviyeh and different units officials of this office reported on the plans in the Hajj, Umrah and Atbat-e-Aliyat.


Hojjat al-Islam Navvab praised the activities and efforts which have made and called for facilitation in the conditions of sending clerics and worshipers of Atabat.


He also visited the office of the Mash’ar Institute in the building of Supreme Leader representation in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and after hearing the report of those involved, he stressed the need to digitize the collection of Mash’ar productions and added: the collection of Mash’ar works is the identity of Supreme Leader Delegation Office’s research and cultural activities and must be preserved.


Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs visited different sections of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Research Institute and became acquainted with the activities of the groups of ethics and secrets, history and manners, jurisprudence and law, Words and knowledge, social studies, as well as units of heritage revival and Baqi’ research.


He was also informed about the latest measures taken regarding the Oral History Project (Hajj and Pilgrimage Memoirs) and recommended that all memoirs be collected in detail and kept as a collection of works and that developments, approaches and events of each period be published.


Visiting the library of Hajj and Pilgrimage Research Institute and learning about the production and development of works such as books, publications, software, Hajj and Haramayn wiki, Atabat encyclopedia and also collection of Hajj works were the other programs of Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and pilgrimage affairs in Qom.


During his visit to the library, which was accompanied by director of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Research Institute Dr. Mirza Alizadeh, he told the library official that special issues and developments in other countries about Hajj and new or past works should be sent to the Tehran office.


Hojjat al-Islam Navvab called for innovation in new publications in the field of Hajj and Pilgrimage and suggested: a channel or a special group was launch in eitaa messenger and information about any book published by the Hajj and Pilgrimage Research Institute or the publishing market about Hajj and Pilgrimage, upload there.


He also emphasized on offering the works of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Research Institute electronically and free and added: the electronic version of the works published on the Internet should be uploaded on various systems and be properly available to the audiences.


The works published by the Hajj and Pilgrimage Research Institute are considered as a rich source in this area and we have a duty to deliver these works to those who are thirsty in any possible way, Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs stated.


He also visited different sections of the education management in Supreme Leader Representation  building, during which director of education in cultural deputy of Supreme Leader Delegation Office Hojjat al-Islam Mohammad Ali Akhawian reported on the latest activities carried out in this field.


Hojjat al-Islam Navvab in this visit also considered it necessary to plan for training workshops and Supreme Leader Delegation Office exams and emphasized: the names of all people who did not participate in Supreme Leader Delegation Office training courses should be listed and educational shortcomings should be counted in the provinces.
