Imam Khomeini s characteristic cannot be misinterpreted

Interim Friday Prayers Leader of Tehran Ayatollah Mohammad Emami-Kashani said here on Friday that Imam Khomeini's characteristic is so paramount that it can in now way be misinterpreted.

Addressing thousands of Tehrani worshipers, the prominent cleric said that the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei had properly elaborated on the matter on the demise anniversary of Imam Khomeini by the side of his holy mausoleum a day ago.

He referred to the late Imam's characteristic in dealing with the aliens and the Muslims and his emphasis that the Muslims need to be united and not permit the enemies to take advantage of internal disputes in the Islamic world.

Emami Kashani also mentioned Imam Khomeini's deep concern about the need for governments' extreme care lest the people's living standards would deteriorate.

He also said that the late Imam Khomeini very well recognized the friends from the foes, and as the Glorious Qur'an stresses never took friends from among the aliens, adding that the Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution, too, fortunately does so.
