Individual and social treatment of Imam Khomeini (RA), practical pattern in future activities
Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs asked the clerics of Hajj al-Tamattu’ caravan follow the example of the Imam's individual and social behavior in their future activities.
As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, at the national conference of clerics and assistant of Hajj al-Tamattu’ caravans held in Qom before noon on Thursday (Khordad 12),Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and Head of the Iranian pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab referring to the thirty-third anniversary of the demise of Imam Khomeini (RA), reminded the great right of the late Imam over the zealous nation of Iran and all Muslims in the world.
Stating that Imam Khomeini (RA) was a distinguished and successful figure, he called unique the people's welcome to founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran upon his arrival in the country and also the people accompanying him throughout history and considered it as an important and distinguished sign of Imam popularity with everyone.
Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs went on to explain the factors of Imam Khomeini's popularity with the people of Iran and other nations in the world and asked the clerics of Hajj al-Tamattu’ caravans to use the individual and social treatment of Imam Khomeini as their practical model in future activities.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab called paying attention to the main issues and leave aside the sub-issues, punctuality and time management, artistic use of words, humility and politeness, simplicity, use of facilities as necessary, neatness, peace of mind, avoidance of fashion , courage and truth-telling as the factors of Imam Khomeini's success and popularity.
Referring to a narration of Imam Ali (AS), who said, "Whoever puts himself in the position of leading people must teach himself before teaching others," he noted the serious duty of the clergy in this regard and said: May God grant us the best success in serving the pilgrims.
