Slogan of Hajj 1403 announced

According to the Hajj Information Base, the last meeting of the planning and coordination council of the Supreme Leader's representative office and the Organization of Hajj and Pilgrimage in 1402 was held today under the chairmanship of Hojjat al-Islam Seyyed Abdolfattah Navvab, the Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage and the head of Iranian pilgrims.

In this meeting, the president, deputies and several directors of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization and the Supreme Leader's representative office participated and "Hajj; Quran-centered, empathy and Islamic authority and defense of oppressed Palestine" was chosen and announced as the slogan of the upcoming Hajj.

 In this regard Hojjat al-Islam Navvab said that after the scholarly studies and according to the axes and recommendations emphasized by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution regarding harmony with the Qur'an, as well as the conditions of the Islamic world, especially Palestine, and the consultations held, the slogan of Hajj 1403 was selected.

He said: In choosing this slogan, the important challenges of the Islamic world and the Islamic Ummah, especially the oppressed people of Palestine, and supporting their struggles against the Zionist invaders and the effects of the Al-Aqsa Storm operation in keeping the Palestinian cause alive, were taken into account, because the oppression and oppression that is currently being perpetrated by the regime The occupation of Palestine is unprecedented.

In the continuation of this meeting, the latest measures taken in the area of ​​implementation of the upcoming Hajj and the plans made regarding the Nowruz and Ramadan commemorative expeditions were discussed and reviewed, and Mr. Hamid Reza Mohammadi, the deputy of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, decided to form a 23-day caravan for Ramadan for land travel to Iraq and welcoming pilgrims.

In this meeting, Mr. Gholamreza Rezaei, Deputy Director of Hajj and Umrah of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, reported on his recent trip to Saudi Arabia with his accompanying delegation and the follow-ups in the areas of housing, urban and intercity transportation, flights, and prayers and said: "With the Ministry We are in constant contact with Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia so that the field of sending pilgrims can be provided according to the planned schedule."

In this meeting, Mr. Seyyed Abbas Hosseini, the head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, stated: This group will continuously follow up the affairs of Hajj and the pilgrimages of the expedition caravans during the Nowruz holidays, and God willing, with the help of the medical center, the examinations of the pilgrims of Hajj 1403 will be carried out according to the schedule.
