Hojjat Al-Islam Navvab: Serving Pilgrims Requires Jihadi Work
The Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab while referring to the fact that serving the Hajj pilgrims requires jihadi force and Basij services said that in addition to good judgment, the medical staff in serving the pilgrims also need good planning (good execution).
According to the Hajj Information Base, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab, also head of Iranian Hajj pilgrims, made the remarks while addressing the conference "Healthy personnel of the Hajj operation 1403" which was held on Tuesday at the international conference hall.
He described the service of the medical staff to the pilgrims as Jihadi and beyond many protocols.
Appreciating all the activists in the field of health and treatment who are supposed to be at the service of the Hajj pilgrims in the upcoming Hajj, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab said that good judgment and planning are the basis of life and the medical staff of this year's Hajj should also plan well and aim to gain the approval of the Almighty.
He pointed to the narration of Imam Sadeq (AS) be cut off from the world and the comfort of the world and people, and said that a person who goes to the land of revelation to perform the Hajj rituals should be with the manifestations of the world and comfort and say goodbye to comfort.
Pointing out that doctors and medical staff should pay special attention to the Hajj pilgrims, especially during the days of Tashriq, the head of Iranian pilgrims said that he has asked the doctors and medical staff to treat them with love and compassion and also interact with pilgrims.
In another part of his speech, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab pointed out the importance of good planning in the words of the Imams (AS), and said, "The pious masters have said that if there is good planning, no poverty will be created, and Imam Sajjad (AS) also in his prayer 30 of Sahifeh Sajjadiyeh asks the Almighty God to grant them good judgment and good planning in addition to the power to give and forgive.
At the end, the head of the Iranian pilgrims wished success and happiness for all members of the medical staff who serve the pilgrims during Hajj.
Mr. Seyed Abbas Hosseini, head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, was also one of the other speakers of this conference, who reminded the necessity of cooperation of doctors with the directors of the organization and the clerics of the caravans, and said, "Monitoring the health and nutrition of the Hajj pilgrims is one of the most important things in Hajj."
It should be noted that the Hajj 1403 health and treatment staff conference was held on Tuesday morning with the presence of Hojjat al-Islam Navvab, Mr. Seyed Abbas Hosseini, head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, Pir Hassan Koulivand, the head of the Red Crescent Society and Seyed Ali Marashi, the head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Medical Center of the Red Crescent Society and a number of medical staff members who are supposed to be at the service of pilgrims in this year's Hajj. The conference was held at the international conference hall of radio and television in Tehran.
