Supreme Leader’ representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs visits Al-Mustafa University in Tanzania
In the continuation of his trip to Tanzania, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs visited the representation units of Al-Mustafa University in Dar al-Salam, the capital of Tanzania.
According to the Hajj information base, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, who have traveled to Tanzania, visited the sisters and brothers units of Al-Mustafa University in Dar es Salaam, the capital of Tanzania, and was informed about the activities of this educational center.
During the visit, Hojjat al Islam Ali Taqawi, the regional representative of Al-Mustafa University in Tanzania, explained the educational programs of the Brothers and Sisters units. Referring to the situation of Muslims and the importance of educational system in East Africa, he presented a report on the establishment of various departments and proceedings to obtain license for establishing Islamic University of East Africa.
During this visit, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs also gave speech to the students of these two institutions, appreciating the efforts and hard work of the administrators and professors of Al-Mustafa University in Tanzania. He also mentioned three characteristics of jihad, piety and knowledge as valuable characteristics in the sight of God.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab also reminded students the importance of five main points: learning for God, paying attention to the Holy Quran, observing piety, respecting the teacher, and asking God for sustenance.
