Sincere Conversation Between Iranian Hajj Leader and Pilgrims at Medina Al-Jadeedah Hotel

According to Hajj Information Base, Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, the representative of the Supreme Leader for Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs, together with Alireza Bayat, the head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, and a group of directors of the Hajj and Pilgrimage, visited the hotels where Iranian pilgrims were staying this afternoon (Monday, Ordibehesht 22, 1404) at the Medina al-Jadeedah Hotel, inspected the process of providing services to the pilgrims, and listened to their conversations and points of view.

The head of the Iranian pilgrims and the head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, who had gone to this hotel after the prayer and while the pilgrims were having lunch, appeared in the dining hall and wished the pilgrims’ worship and pilgrimages to be accepted, asking them to raise any problems or deficiencies they see so that action could be taken to resolve them.

After the unannounced tour, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab and Bayat announced to the pilgrims present at this hotel that they would also be present in the hotel lobby after this visit and the pilgrims could share their tips, suggestions, or criticisms without any restrictions.

The issue of difficulties faced by some pilgrims in registering for the pilgrimage to the Shrine of Radwan in Medina was also among the central issues raised at this hotel.

The head of the Iranian pilgrims and the head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, faced with these problems, emphasized that this issue was discussed and examined in this morning’s meeting of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Planning Council, and that, God willing, solutions would be adopted to improve the situation.

Pilgrims who are not familiar with this software sought help from pilgrims who are familiar with this issue, provided more information to the caravans on how to register in this system, and consulted with Saudi Hajj officials to resolve some problems, among the issues that were mentioned to reassure pilgrims that the issue was being addressed.

The field follow-up by the officials of the Supreme Leader's Mission and Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization and their sufficient and unrestricted time to address the pilgrims' problems, whether in matters related to nutrition or other administrative issues, as well as cultural and pilgrimage issues, has been welcomed by pilgrims.

At this morning's meeting of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Planning Council, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab and Alireza Bayat jointly emphasized that all points made by pilgrims should be heard and measures should be taken to resolve possible problems.

According to Hajj Information Base, the various processes of Hajj 1404 have been implemented so far without any specific problems, thank God, and pilgrims have been able to perform their pilgrimages in a spiritual atmosphere.
