The officials of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Department visited the house of holy shrine defender martyr Hamid Reza Asadollahi and met with the family of this martyr.
As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, Simultaneously with Hajj week, Supreme Leader's Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and Supervisor of Iranian Pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab and Chairman of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Alireza Rashidian met with martyr of holy shrine defender’s family “ Hamid Reza Asadollahi”.
Martyr Haj Hamid Reza Asadollahi was one of the agents of Hajj and Pilgrimage and prominent activists in the field of culture who was martyred in December 2015 in the fight against Takfiri mercenaries in Syria.
In this intrusive meeting, which took place in an intimate atmosphere, the representative of Supreme Leader in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs praised the sacrifices of holy shrine defender martyrs and their sincerity, faith and sacrifice to defend the adytum of Ahl al-Bayt (AS). He emphasized: struggle of the holy shrine defenders consider also a defense of Iran and Iranian nation.
Referring to the brutal actions of Takfiri terrorists, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab said that the struggles of holy shrine defenders are the path of defending Islam and Muslims and said: Martyrdom is God's special attention to his special creatures and the martyr deserves this position and dignity with the knowledge and intuition he finds.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab also praised the patience and sacrifice of the parents and wife of this high-ranking martyr and asked God Almighty patience for them.
Chairman of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization also mentioned the need for the young generation to get acquainted with the culture of self-sacrifice and martyrdom and said: "This culture must be preserved and kept alive over time and in the path of the lofty goals of the Islamic Revolution."
In this meeting, some gifts presented to the family of this great martyr on behalf of Supervisor of Iranian pilgrims and the chairman of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization.
The parents and wife of martyr Hamid Reza Asadollahi also shared their memories of this precious martyr.
According to this report, two sons have been left of Martyr Hamid Reza Asadollahi. The martyr, who was masters student of Arabic literature at the University of Tehran, one of the founders of the Laqa al-Hussein Congress, and activists and elites of the international arena, and had an effective and continuous connection with jihadi forces in other countries, martyred at the age of 33. In this meeting, Mr. Shaban Ali Asadollahi, the father of Martyr Asadollahi also thanked the presence of Supervisor of Iranian pilgrims and chairman of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, and said that having a jihadi spirit was one of the prominent features of this martyr.
At the end of the meeting, Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs, referring to the biography and memoirs of Islamic warriors and holy shrine defenders, called for recording of their valuable memories and described these memories as a beacon for future generations.
