Reviewing different units suggestions for the upcoming Hajj
The latest plans and proposals of Supreme Leader Delegation Office’ deputies for the upcoming Hajj d and the new year were discussed at the meeting of the Deputies and Managers Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office.
As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, at the meeting chaired by Supreme Leader's Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and Supervisor of Iranian Pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab; deputies of culture, international affairs and management development and resources, and directors of the various units of Supreme Leader Delegation Office reported on their plans and proposals for the upcoming Hajj and the new year.
Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs, considering the conditions that have caused by corona virus and it is possible that Hajj will not be held as normal, pointed out: all units should study and obtain timely information from the approvals of the Saudi ministry of Hajj, and also have a proper planning according to the conditions of upcoming Hajj.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab referred to Saudi plans for Hajj due to the spread of the corona and clarified: Hajj rites should be prepared for Shiite and Sunni pilgrims in emergency situations.
He also stressed the need to form the Arbaeen International Committee in Supreme Leader Delegation Office deputy for international affairs and asked the participants to review the set of work done in 1399, consider next year's plans and try to fulfill their duties and responsibilities in a timely manner.
Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs reminded the speed of changes and said: updating is more important than optimization and it is necessary doing that at the right time to lead to the improvement of measures and services.
He also called for the provision of up-to-date systems and software for various units of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and reviewing the goals and programs to achieve organizational goals, adding: with discipline, management and scientific advancement of individuals' knowledge, the collection can be directed to higher goals.
According to the report, at the beginning of the meeting, Supervisor of iranian pilgrims congratulated the arrival of the month of Sha'ban and the Sha'baniyah holidays.
He also offered his condolences on the death of former deputy of international affairs Hojjat al-Islam Seyyed Javad Mazloumi and former representative of Supreme Leader Delegation Office in Iraq Hojjat al-Islam Najaf Najafi.
