Hojjat al-lslam Marvi readiness to build a replica of seven cities of love for pilgrims in Astan Quds Razavi

The representative of Supreme Leader in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs, in a meeting with the head of Astan Quds Razavi, presented the idea of making a replica of seven cities of love in the holy shrine of Hazrat Reza (AS), which was welcomed by Hojjat al-slam Marvi.

As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, Hojjat al-Islam Ahmad Marvi, the head of Astan-e-Quds Razavi, met with Supreme Leader's Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and Supervisor of Iranian Pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab during a trip to the holy city of Qom. The meeting took place in the representative office of Supreme Leader in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs in this city.
Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs, while congratulating the beginning of ten days of Dignity and Hajj Week, spoke about the activities and programs of Supreme Leader Delegation Office in the fields of education, research and culture and welcomed the bilateral cooperation with Astan Quds Razavi.
He stated that the strangeness of the oppressed Imams of Baqi’ and the need for comprehensive action in the cultural and scientific dimensions to eliminate this strangeness. He also announced the holding of the International Congress of Baqi’, the tombs of the Imams and Companions, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the destruction of the holy shrines.
Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs called for the cooperation of Astan Quds Razavi and the Supreme Leader Delegation Office in the fields of production, exchange, strengthening and expansion of cultural content on the subject of Baqi’ at the level of networks and Internet sites and the Astan Quds TV network in different languages.
In the continuation of this meeting, Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs proposed and specified the plan to build a replica of seven cities of love in the holy shrine of Razavi and said: the project includes replicas of Masjid al-Haram, Medina, Najaf Ashraf, Karbala, Kazemin, Holy Mashhad and Samarra.
According to the report, Hojjat al-lslam Marvi also expressed their appreciation for the cultural, educational and research activities of the Supreme Leader Delegation Office in the field of Hajj and Pilgrimage, and announced their readiness to interact with the complex in various fields.
He welcomed the proposal of Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs to build a replica of seven cities of love in the holy shrine of Hazrat Reza (AS) and said: "The plan can have a great impact on the development of pure Islamic culture among the people and youth and Astan Quds Razavi is ready to implement this plan in the Razavi shrine.
Today, using new tools and art to spread religious and Islamic knowledge and concepts along with traditional methods can have a great impact among pilgrims and audiences. Therefore, Astan Quds Razavi welcomes such ideas and designs and explains it in line with the Islamic teachings, head of Astan Quds Razavi emphasized.
