Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization meets
Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization meeting was held with the presence of Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs.
As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, the meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization was held today under the chairmanship of Supreme Leader's Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and Supervisor of Iranian Pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab.
At this meeting, the reports of working groups of the comprehensive plan for Atabat pilgrimage was reviewed and after presenting the explanations of Mr. Hamid Reza Mohammadi, director general of the office for receiving and sending pilgrims to Atabat and Nasrullah Farahmand, director of Umrah Saadat Cultural Institute, these two working groups exchanged views regarding the processes, activities and actions.
At this meeting, the proposals summarized in the Secretariat of 20 working groups for reviewing the executive processes in the field of Hajj and Pilgrimage were approved with amendments.
The need to provide services in various pilgrimage packages at a reasonable rate to those interested in pilgrimage trips, easy pilgrimage to Atbat, maximum attraction of pilgrims and the prosperity of pilgrimage service offices were among the points emphasized in reviewing the comprehensive plan of Atbat pilgrimage.
Also, in the case of Masha'ar Affairs Working Group - Review of the management of Tashreeq days, it was decided that all Masaha'ar services would be performed in the form of an operational plan and evaluate using an integrated system and provide better quality services and eliminate some additional services.
It is worth mentioning that following the closure of Hajj 99 and with the aim of optimizing and improving the quality of activities in Hajj, 20 working groups have been formed for pathology in various fields which so far, the reports of more than half of them have been discussed at the meeting of the Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader's Delegation Office and Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization.
According to this report, the representative of Supreme Leader in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs at the beginning of the meeting, congratulating the blessed birth of Imam Reza (AS) and stated: the officials of Hajj and Pilgrimage, far from any political and factional issues, consider themselves the servants of all pilgrims.
Hojjat al-Islam also pointed to some of the President-elect Ayatollah Ra'isi answes in an interview with local and foreign reporters yesterday, and added: he considers himself the servant of all Iranians inside and outside the country.
