Necessity of foresight and offering new approach to optimize Supreme Leader Delegation Office programs in different situations

Supreme Leader's Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and Supervisor of Iranian Pilgrims at the meeting of Supreme Leader Delegation Office Board of Directors, stressed the necessity of foresight and offering new approach to optimize Supreme Leader Delegation Office programs in different situations, given the situations resulting from the closure of pilgrimages.

As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, at the meeting which was held under the chairmanship of Supreme Leader's Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and Supervisor of Iranian Pilgrims; Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab called on the deputies and managers of various units of Supreme Leader Delegation Office to present a summary of their studies on plans for the year 1400 within the next two weeks to redefine the steps ahead.


The staff of all units by study and foresight should provide approaches that can improve the processes so the plans for the year 1400 will be implemented well, he said.


Deputy of Management and Resources Development Mr. Mohammad Hossein Khoshnenvis, and Managers of Processes and Information Technology Improvement, Finance, Human Resources and Support, and Plan, Budget and Organizational Transformation of this Deputy stated their plans for the year 1400.


Director of the Mashar Cultural and Artistic Institute Hojjat al-lslam Hadi Akbari and director of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Research Institute Mirza Alizadeh, also reported at the meeting on the activities of the two cultural complexes in 1400.


Hojjat al-Islam Navvab considering that the closure of Hajj, Umrah and Atabat trips has created special conditions for the Hajj and Pilgrimage collection, emphasized the need to pay attention to the necessities and activities that are central and priority.
