Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization meets

As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, the meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization was held in the presence of Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab and the opinions of the staff of Arbaeen dispatching, cultural and educational committees regarding the strategies to improve management of Arbaeen Hosseini ceremony were presented and reviewed.

Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs at this meeting called for pathology regarding the actions taken in dispatching committee and the activities of Arbaeen Cultural and Educational Committee and providing appropriate solutions to eliminate weaknesses and imprpving strengths.

He also stressed the need for a comprehensive study to prepare the Arbaeen management plan based on the current situation and expectations from the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization and Supreme Leader Delegation Office.

Hojjat al-Islam Navvab also asked Arbaeen Cultural and Educational Committee’s head to study and follow up the issue of preparing the Arbaeen symbol with the Iraqi and some other countries’ cooperation.

At this meeting, head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Ali Reza Rashidian, also reported on the issues raised at the meetings of Councils and Cultural Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly.

He emphasized Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization is ready to launch pilgrimage trip to Atabat-e-Aliyat and Syria and also provide services to pilgrims according to health instructions and preserve the dignity of pilgrims.

On the eve of the anniversary of Imam Hassan Askari (AS) martyrdom and the beginning of Hazrat Hojjat (AS) Imamate, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs said: despite being severely restricted, the 11th Imam left a series of political, social and scientific activities to preserve Islam and developing Shiite knowledge.

Hojjat al-Islam Navvab pointing out that each of the Infallible Imams faced difficulties and hardships in their time, said: Man should know that even the divine prophets have suffered in the world, but the kind of suffering and hardship of human beings today is much less than problems and hardships that the Imams endured.
