Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization meets

As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, , the meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization was held under the chairmanship of Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and Supervisor of Iranian pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab.

Mr. Davood Bagheri, in charge of coordinating the secretariat of 20 working groups in reviewing the executive processes in the field of Hajj and Pilgrimage reported on the surveys into the duties and responsibilities of the Hajj Organization's representative offices in Iraq and Syria, and made suggestions to the working group.

Head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Ali Reza Rashidian also explained at this meeting the priorities for these offices and their role in the new period of activity and said: In this process, the services that will be provided to the holy shrines’ pilgrims will be under the supervision and management of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization.

Deputy Head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization in Atabat affairs Hojjat al-Islam Sohbatollah Rahmani and Director General of the Office for Planning, Receiving and Dispatching Pilgrims to Atabat-e-Aliyat Mr. Hamid Reza Mohammadi described the design and measures taken to facilitate pilgrimage trips to the holy shrines, improve the quality of services and reduce costs with the approach of reducing the tenure of the Hajj Organization.

According to this report , Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs emphasized the need to inform on the duties and responsibilities of the pilgrimage services’ offices in the new design and maximum attraction of pilgrims with regard to implementation of visas repeal for traveling to Iraq in the future and specified: Pilgrim’s satisfaction in the form of services that will be provided to pilgrims should be one of the priorities.

According to this report, at the beginning of this session, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab referring to the verse 129 of Surah Al-Baqarah, said: The verse refers to the three axes of correcting insight, correcting attitude, as well as correcting human behavior, and Prophet Ibrahim asks God to place in his descendant a prophet who will build human insight and belief, correct and strengthen human attitude and insight, and correct his behavior.

The Holy Prophet also says: I am the answered prayer of my father Ibrahim (AS) and I was really sent to bring morality to its place in society and to complete moral honors, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs said.
