Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization meeting
The meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization was held under the chairmanship of Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and Supervisor of Iranian pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab.
As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, the latest news and developments regarding pilgrimages trip to the holy shrines in Syria, Iraq and the land of revelation were reviewed in the meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization.
At this meeting, Mr. Ali Reza Rashidian referred to sending a delegation to Iraq in order to study and analyze the new method of dispatching pilgrimage caravans to Atabat-e-Aliyat and expressed hope sending Iranian pilgrims to Damascus, which has been welcomed by the Syrian side, would be continued and more pilgrims visit the holy places in Syria.
Deputy Head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization in Atabat affairs Hojjat al-Islam Sohbatollah Rahmani referring to dispatch of two 25-person convoys to Syria on Dey 16 and 19, mentioned the possibility of establishing independent flights from other provinces, including Khorasan Razavi and Kerman, if the capacity of pilgrims completed to one flight.
According to this report, in the continuation of this meeting, Hajj and Umrah deputy of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Akbar Rezaei and CEO of the Saadat Umrah Institute Mr. Nasrullah Farahmand reported on the news and information published about the manner of holding Umrah and the presence of foreigners in the land of revelation.
Mr. Rezaei, referring to the new coronary restrictions in Saudi Arabia due to the spread of new O-Micron variant and increase in the number of patients in this country, said: Saudi Ministry of Hajj has not yet announced the implementation of the upcoming Hajj.
At the end of the meeting, the representative of Supreme Leader in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs stressed the need to justify those involved in Hajj and Pilgrimage and pilgrimage offices on the issue of transparency of financial accounts with the Iraqi parties and asked the head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization follow up on the issue of Umrah travel according to the previous correspondence with the government.
Commemorating the days of Fatimids and the anniversary of the martyrdom of Holy Prophet (PBUH) daughter, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs said at the beginning of the meeting: Reciting the Qur'an, looking at the face of the Messenger of God and giving alms and helping the needy in the way of God Almighty were three things that Hazrat Fatima (s) loved in the world.
Martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani, in addition to reciting and teaching holy Qur'an, also paid special attention to charity in the way of God and turned their house in Kerman into Beit Al-Zahra, and mourning was held at this place during the Fatimid era, he added.
Pointing out that Sardar-e-Delha was walking along the line of Imam of Ummah and Supreme Leader, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs stated: "The great martyr, far from being an expediency, was steadfast in defending the Velayat and remembered the Supreme Leader with full dignity."
"Sardar-e-Delha emphasized that considering the trips he has made to other countries, he does not recognize any sage as the supreme Marja' of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution", he added.
