Review providing medical services to pilgrims on pilgrimages trips to hajj and holy shrines
Providing medical services to Iranian pilgrims in the land of revelation and Atabat-e-Aliyat was examined in the meeting of Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs with Iranian Red Crescent Society's chairman.
As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and Supervisor of Iranian pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab met today with the chairman of Iranian Red Crescent Society Dr.Pir Hossein Koolivand and two sides discussed how to provide medical services to pilgrims on pilgrimages trips to the Hajj al-Tamattu' and Atabat-e-Aliyat.
Head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Medical Center of Iranian Red Crescent Society Dr. Seyyed Ali Marashi, his Hajj and Umrah deputy Dr.Taher Doroodi, cultural deputy in the Supreme Leader Delegation Office Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Hossein Rokn Al-Dini and also Management and Resources Development Deputy in the Supreme Leader Delegation Office Mr. Mohammad Hossein Khoshnevis was attended at the meeting.
Head of the Red Crescent Society emphasized at this meeting on full readiness of this complex to provide services to pilgrims of caravans that are sent to pilgrimage trips under the supervision of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization.
Referring to services that this collection provides to the land of revelation and holy shrines pilgrims in Iraq, he added: Currently, Hajj and Pilgrimage Medical Center of Red Crescent Society provides services to Iranian pilgrims in the cities of Karbala, Najaf and Kadhimiya and is accurate and serious about examining the situation and PCR tests for pilgrims returning to the country by land.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab also expressed their gratitude for the services of the Red Crescent in the field of Hajj and Pilgrimage and its measures to take care of the natural disasters' victims; saying: The interaction and communication of Red Crescent Society with the people has caused the proud people of our country help this society voluntarily.
Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs called for proper planning to take advantage of the host countries' capacity to provide medical services to Iranian pilgrims.
He also stressed the need for a more active presence of Red Crescent Society in the international arena and more interaction and communication with the Red Crescent of friendly and neighboring countries and target countries in pilgrimage trips.
According to this report, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs hojjat al-Islam Navvab and Supreme Leader's representative in Red Crescent Society hojjat al-Islam Abd al-Hossein Moezi met and talked about Hajj and Pilgrimage Medical Center's activities.
At this meeting, which was also attended by Mr. Koolivand, Supreme Leader's the representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs reminded the common goals and cooperation capacities between the two groups.
Supreme Leader's representative in Red Crescent Society also referred to Mr. Koolivand's history of cooperation with Hajj and Pilgrimage Complex in the last and welcomed the continuation of this society's cooperation with those involved in the field of Hajj and Pilgrimage and providing services to Iranian pilgrims.
