Hojjat al-Islam Navvab insist;
Meritocracy use of capable and young clerics in Supreme Leader Delegation Office

Referring to the Supreme Leader's emphasis on youthfulness and the use of righteous, faithful and revolutionary youth, Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and pilgrimage Affairs stressed the need for meritocracy and the use of capable and young clerics in the Supreme Leader Delegation Office.

As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, In the meeting of consultation and appreciation of the professors of Supreme Leader Delegation Office’s training courses, which was held before noon today (Dey 30) in Qom, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and Supervisor of Iranian pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab emphasized on meritocracy and the use of capable and young clerics in the Supreme Leader Delegation Office.


Referring to Supreme Leader's emphasis on youthfulness and the use of righteous, faithful and revolutionary youth, he added: attention to capable and young clerics is one of the main programs of the Supreme Leader Delegation Office, and top Hawza professors, elites and talents are being attracted.


Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs mentioned ability and interest as two components of success in the entrance exam of the caravan clerics and added: the missionaries must be servant and have the spirit of serving the pilgrims.


Stating that the main stock of Supreme Leader Delegation Office is the cultural and propaganda forces, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab clarified: ‌we must make this stock more and more secure and empowered.


He called for more attention to the Qur'anic contents in holy shrines and Atabat and the need to compile books or update books on the subject and remembered the late Hojjat al-lslam Akbar Dehghan, author of the book "With the Qur'an in the holy shrines".


He asked the professor of training courses to help review the educational materials and works produced by Supreme Leader Delegation Office.


Saying that the caravan cleric and the pilgrim's cultural servant are preachers, he considered the propaganda a golden opportunity that God has given to the caravan clerics and Shiites.


Head of the Iranian pilgrims also mentioned Umrah as the most suitable propaganda opportunity and expressed hope that the conditions of Umrah travel would be provided for the pilgrims of our country.


At the end of his speech, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab praised the holding of this meeting, addressing the professors of the training courses, and said: whatever subject you want to be indelible, express that in the training sessions of the clerics and use effective clips and messages.
