People’s registration for Nowruz Atabat is possible once again
Registration for Nowruz Atabat trips is possible from tomorrow for all people, it was announced at the meeting of hajj and pilgrimage officials.
As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, the meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization was held under the chairmanship of Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and Supervisor of Iranian pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab.
Stating that with the efforts, the capacity for the travel of 13,000 people in the form of Nowruz Atabat pilgrimage caravans has been provided, Deputy Head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization in Atabat affairs Hojjat al-Islam Sohbatollah Rahmani added: so far about 4350 people who are eager for these trips have finalized their registration.
Seven and Eight reserve priorities who have done the most pre-registrations, can finalize their registration from today and if any capacity remain, it will be possible for all people to register from tomorrow, he added.
Deputy Head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization in Atabat affairs said about Nowruz trips to Syria that from Esfand 21th to Farvardin 11th 1401 about 1400 people will be sent to Damascus in the form of caravan.
Appreciating the efforts of those involved in the Nowruz trips to the holy shrine, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs called on the various sections of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization and the Supreme Leader's Delegation Office to be sufficiently prepared for dispatching pilgrims to Iraq if the land borders are opened.
Chairman of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization also referred at the meeting to some news about the upcoming Hajj, which strengthens the possibility of holding it with the presence of foreign pilgrims.
News indicates that an invitation is being sent by the host country for the presence of some foreign delegations in Saudi Arabia to discuss and conclude a memorandum of understanding regarding the upcoming Hajj, Hajj and Umrah deputy in Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Akbar Rezaei said.
Regarding Umrah, in recent days, we have been witnessed the opening and removal of restrictions and the presence of Umrah performers without observing social distance in the courtyard of Masjid al-Haram, he added.
Head of the Iranian pilgrims also called for an expert meeting of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization and the Supreme Leader Delegation Office officials to review various aspects of the issue of Hajj registrants in 1399 and their payments.
The meeting ended with the report of Director General of Plan, Program, Information Technology and Cyberspace Security Office of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Mehran Farshid about the social network “ Ziarat” and its facilities and features.
Each of the systems used in the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization has been prepared according to the needs assessment of the relevant departments and will provide the ground for growth and quality improvement in the services, he added.
