Necessity of the new plan pathology for dispatching to Atabat
Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs emphasized on the necessity of new plan pathology for dispatching pilgrims to Atabat and fixing the problems and reinforcing its strengths as soon as possible.
As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, the meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization was held under the chairmanship of Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs.
Referring to his recent trip to Iraq and reviewing the new plan for dispatching pilgrims to Atabat-e-Aliyat, Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab called the pathology of this plan and also fixing the problems and reinforcing its strengths as soon as possible necessary.
Hojjat al-Islam Nawab praising the actions and efforts made to send pilgrims to Atabat, added: great steps should be made in this plan, its optimization and re-engineering the process of dispatching to Atabat.
Stating that during this trip, Iranian pilgrims complained about the pilgrimage companies' performance, he said: some companies have not do their responsibilities properly, so the performances should be evaluated and, if necessary, the licenses of some companies that have caused pilgrims' dissatisfaction should be revoked, and those companies that have shown their capabilities should be used more.
Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs called for the formation of working groups on health and insurance, flight and transportation, nutrition and logistics, housing, security and independent carrying for re-engineer process of dispatching to Atabat and added: the results of implemented projects should improve the services to pilgrims and preserve the interests and rights of Imam Hossein (AS) pilgrims, and it is not acceptable that some people try to take advantage of this opportunity and seek profit.
Noting that about 56,000 people have been sent to Iraq by air since Aban 23th, deputy head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization in Atabat affairs Hojjat al-Islam Sohbatollah Rahmani said: the new plan for dispatching to Atabat has advantages in serving the pilgrims, maximum attraction and easy pilgrimage, and during this period, some efforts have been made to minimize dissatisfaction by identifying weaknesses.
He expressed hope by using the recommendations and suggestions of Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs, experts of Supreme Leader Delegation Office, Hajj Organization and also collective efforts of other officials in Atabat affairs, weaknesses of this plan remove and its strengthens will be reinforced.
The meeting continued with the report of Hajj and Umrah deputy in Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Akbar Rezaei on the latest news regarding the upcoming hajj. he said: statements of Saudi Hajj officials indicate that head of the government and hajj ministry of host country has decided to hold hajj rituals.
Stating that some service groups in Saudi Arabia are receiving license, he said Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization is ready to send the country's pilgrims to the land of revelation and added: we are waiting for the host country's invitation for negotiating about the upcoming Hajj.
Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs also called for following up the issue through various means, including sending a letter to the Saudi Hajj officials in order to determine the future Hajj while getting out of the uncertainty.
According to the report, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab, at the beginning of the meeting, referred to the axes of this year's Nowruz slogan and asked the colleagues in Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization and Supreme Leader Delegation Office to express their views on knowledge-based production and employment that are compatible with the Hajj Organization and Supreme Leader Delegation Office.
He also referred the great and influential role of the wise scholar, Ayatollah Reyshahri in forming Supreme Leader's mission and added: playing role, coherent and coordinated activities and helping Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization to optimize its programs were among the actions that took place in the Supreme Leader Delegation Office during the late's presence as the head of the Iranian pilgrims.
