Head of the Iranian pilgrims visits Quran exhibition

As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and head of the Iranian pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab emphasized visited the 29th International Quran Exhibition in Imam Khomeini's Mosalla on Monday.

Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs by attending the booths of Quranic center of endowment and charity organization, advising the good and avoiding the bad Headquarters , Quran national museum under the ministry of cultural heritage, tourism and Handicrafts, Setad Eghameh Namaz, the Supreme Council of Quran and the secretariat of the committee for sending and inviting the readers of holy Quran, the Institute for Organizing and publishing the works of Imam Khomeini (RA), the Quranic organization of the country academics, the Hedayat foundation under the Islamic development organization, the Mash’ar cultural - artistic Institute and also IQNA and Shabestan international news agencies and talking with the people in charge of these booths; was informed about the measures in Quranic programs and activities.

During the visit, Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs was accompanied by communication and coordination director general of Quran and Etrat affairs in the ministry of culture and Islamic guidance.

Hojjat al-Islam Navvab said to several domestic media reporters, holding the International Quran Exhibition is a valuable and essential move for today's society. He called on the organizers of Quran exhibition to hold such booths on the sidelines of Friday prayers throughout the year so that believers and lovers of the Quran can benefit as much as possible of the eternal divine source.

Hojjat al-Islam Navvab also mentioned the wide presence of families and welcoming the Quran exhibition by the youthand reminded the effects of holding such exhibitions in reviving Quranic courses in mosques and Quranic home meetings, which is an old tradition among Iranian families.

Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs also visiting several booths providing Quranic and modern Quran teaching softwares; stressed the need to use up-to-date tools and facilities to spread Quranic culture in the country.
