Head of the Iranian pilgrims recommends to cultural servants
Head of the Iranian pilgrims in a meeting with cultural servants of the Sunni caravans of Hajj 1401 stating that the Prophet of Islam was punctual; added the preacher should know his addressee and his needs and consider serving the pilgrims as a God-given opportunity to serve his guests.
As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and Head of the Iranian pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab who spoke online at the conference justifying the servants of Sunni caravans of Hajj 1401, referred to the verses of the Qur'an, described the Kaaba as the home of the people and said: the Holy Kaaba, Masjid al-Haram and Mecca belong to all human beings, and we should follow the example of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS).
Expressing that the path of the Prophet of Mercy (PBUH) is the continuation of the path of Prophet Ibrahim (PBUH), he asked the attendees to help and interact with the pilgrims and serve the pilgrims as much as they can.
Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs said Imam Ali (AS) describes the role of the Prophet of Mercy as healing the souls of human beings, adding that we and you, who claim to be followers and preachers of this path, must realize some of the mission of that bright sun in our plans.
Pointing out that the Prophet of Islam was punctual, he emphasized that Preacher should be punctual, audience-oriented and need-aware.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab described the world and worldly luxuries as fleeting and advised the attendees not to miss the valuable opportunity of serving pilgrims and follow the method and manners of the Prophet (PBUH) in serving the pilgrim.
Referring to the efforts of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization and Supreme Leader Delegation Office in dispatching pilgrims and holding a peaceful Hajj with desirable planning, head of the Iranian pilgrims further said: although Saudi Arabia announced the upcoming Hajj lately, but all those involved, clerics and caravan managers, along with the Hajj headquarters and middle headquarters, should try to hold the Hajj ritual well.
Regarding the Umrah trip, he added: we are trying to prepare arrangement of this spiritual journey for Iranian pilgrims with the help of the country's officials. Of course, it should be noted that not everything is in the hands of Islamic Iran and political issues have to be prepare for this trip.
Stating that the Hajj and Pilgrimage complex treats all caravans with uniform standards and interaction, Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs emphasized unity is notable in all programs and will be observed.
Head of the Iranian pilgrims continued to set up Hajj schools for Sunni clerics as an effective step in strengthening the Hajj educational field, which helps to enrich the knowledge of the clerics and caravan pilgrims.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab also considered the coexistence of Sunnis and Shiites in the country as a result of peaceful life for centuries and said: Shiites and Sunnis respect each other's rights and there was and will be harmony and unity in their plans.
At the beginning of the conference, director of the Sunni in Supreme Leader Delegation Office Hojjat al-lslam Hadi Akbari presented a brief report on the situation of Sunni caravans during this year's Hajj.
