Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs emphasized on the explanation of second phase statement of revolution and also jihad of explanation in Hajj 1401.

As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, in a video message to the national conference of cultural servants, clerics and assistants of Hajj 1401 caravans on Monday (Tir 13), which was held in the meeting hall of Supreme Leader Delegation Office in mecca, Hojjat al-Islam seyed abdolfattah Navvab described the responsibility of clerics and cultural servants in guiding pilgrims serious and important.


Honoring the memory of the martyrs of the Land of Revelation, especially the 35th anniversary of Iranian pilgrims’ martyrdom in Hajj 66, who martyred in the acquittal of polytheists ceremony, he asked the clerics and deputies of caravans to pay attention the Jihad explanation regarding the second phase of revolution on this spiritual trip. Pointing out that there are pilgrims in some caravans who have been waiting more than 16 years for Hajj, he addressed the clerics of these caravans: our responsibility is much heavier than the past.

Stating that the most difficult moment for the servants is the moment of losing a loved one, he added try to end your services when the age conditions have reached and you can no longer continue to work, rather than leaving the servants caravans in the middle of the journey.

Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs advised the clerics of caravans to prepare pilgrims for the spiritual atmosphere of the days of Tashriq, and referring to the statements of the Supreme Leader of Revolution, who mentioned Hajj as a lesson for coexistence and simple living, he said: during the days of Tashriq, empathy between the managers and clerics of the caravans should be in the peak.


Pointing to the peaceful coexistence of religions in our country, especially Shiites and Sunnis, he added: with the advent of wahhabism, this sect tried to destroy this coexistence, but did not succeed and the peaceful coexistence of Shiites and Sunnis is well-known in the Islamic Republic of Iran.


We should try to increase this relation during the Hajj and use the opportunity to attend the holy Masha’er to make the pilgrims more familiar with the Holy Quran, Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs emphasized.


Chairman of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Seyyed Sadegh Hosseini also presented at the conference a report on the latest situation of pilgrims and the measures taken to accommodate, feed and transfer them to Mina and Arafat and said: transporting pilgrims to Saudi Arabia ended last night with Zahedan's flight to Jeddah.


Referring to the measures taken for inhabitancy of pilgrims in Mina, he said: due to the rise in temperature, necessary provisions have been made to provide cooling equipment in this area.


Pointing out that the forming crisis headquarters and dealing with unforeseen incidents of Hajj was one of the Supreme Leader’s demands in 98, head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization said: this year, by forming such headquarters, we have tried to fulfill his holiness's demand in this regard.


According to the surveys, 88 percent of pilgrims expressed their satisfaction with the services and facilities in Hajj 1401, he added.


Pointing out that according to the surveys, 35% of the pilgrims, most of whom are women, are worried about holding the Hajj rituals, Hosseini asked the clerics of caravans by cultural measures try to reduce the worries of these people so that the pilgrims can perform Hajj rituals calmly.


Hojjat al-Islam Seyyed Hossain Rokn al-Dini asked the clerics of caravans remind the pilgrims of the rituals rules due to the approaching hajj rituals and familiarize them with the fulfillment of these duties.


Emphasizing on companionship and empathy between caravan managers and clerics, especially during Tashriq days, he advised the caravan clerics while respecting the condition of pilgrims, act in such a way that while facilitating, the pilgrims' practices would be carried out in accordance with Maraji’ fatwa.


He called for the formation of cultural council of caravans before leaving for the holy Masha’er and said: the clergy of caravans should explain for pilgrims the philosophy of acquittal of polytheists.


Hojjat al-Islam Rokn al-Dini expressed hope that with consensus and cooperation of caravans’ clerics and managers, cultural programs will be implemented in such a way that Iranian pilgrims can perform Hajj with confidence and return to the country with an acceptable Hajj that is blessed by Imam Zaman (PBUH) and pleased by the Supreme Leader of Revolution.


Director of recruitment and organizing cultural deputy of Supreme Leader Delegation office Hojjat al-Islam Ali Parvaneh also presented a report and stated: 296 caravans accompany by clerics from the Islamic Republic of Iran have left for the Land of Revelation, and a total of 428 assistants are present in this caravans.
