Hajj operation coming to end smoothly

As reported by Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Information Base, last meeting of Planning and coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization held in Medina on today morning under the chairmanship of Supreme Leader’s representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and Head of the Iranian pilgrims; Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab.

Hajj and Umrah deputy of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization announced at the meeting that mecca will be empty of Iranian pilgrims on Thursday night.

Now about 2,500 pilgrims are presented near Baitullah Al-Haram, who will be transferred to our country through Jeddah airport within the next two days, he added.

He also emphasized services like nutrition, treatment and recitation of Salawat will continue until the last moments of the pilgrims' presence in mecca.

In the continuation of this meeting, head of the medina headquarters Mr. Azad also delivered a report on the presence of pilgrims in the Prophet's city and also departure of caravans through medina airport.

Transferring process of about 4300 pilgrims in the city of Prophet (PBUH) to medina is being carried out in an orderly manner and we do not have any problems, he said.

The meeting continued with the report of Dr. Shirkhani head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage medical board in medina, and Khorshidi head of the monitoring and inspection Unit of Supreme Leader mission in medina about the activities in these two departments.

Dr. Shirkhani said that only two patients are being treated in this city and we are arranging necessity coordination for transferring them to Iran.

Mr.Khorshidi also said: Iranians spend calm days in medina and efforts have been made to prepare appropriate programs to satisfy the pilgrims.

Head of the Iranian pilgrims emphasized at the meeting on the necessity of forming pathological working groups in order to evaluate actions and activities. He also requested to identify the difficulties and complaints of pilgrims in different departments and provide suitable solutions for them in the upcoming Hajj.

It is necessary to follow up the demands from the responsible company and taking necessary action to fulfill the rights of pilgrims in cases where services are incomplete or not provided, he added.

Giving recommendations on holding cultural programs, he emphasized that the pilgrim should feel that the spiritual aspects of this trip have been taken into consideration with proper planning and the efforts of cultural servants.

At the end of this meeting, Ayatollah Hosseini Bushehri gave recommendations to the officials and those involved in the Hajj operation and stated: the concern of loved ones was quite tangible during the Hajj which shows your sense of responsibility and accountability.

He added organizing, planning, pathology and reviewing weaknesses and strengths should take into consideration in all work.

He also mentioned faith and righteous action as two key elements that, by having them, a person can attract the kindness of others.
