Meeting of Hajj and Pilgrimage Officials Discusses Executive Measure on Next Year Hajj
During the meeting of the Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader's Representative Office and Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, the executive measures and information dissemination on future Hajj were discussed and a report was presented on the measures taken to remove the problems of pilgrimage visits to the holy shrines of Iraq.
According to the Hajj Information Base, the meeting of the Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader's Representative Office and the Organization of Hajj and Pilgrimage was held on Monday under the chairmanship of Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, the Supreme Leader's representative for Hajj and Pilgrimage and the head of Iranian pilgrims.
During the meeting, Deputy Head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization for Hajj and Umrah Affairs Akbar Rezaei, reported on the executive measures and activities carried out in the specialized commissions and committees of Hajj 1402 and the need to inform pilgrims, brokers and cultural servants through the unified system.
Through giving statistics on the participation of Hajj ticket holders in the Hajj and Pilgrimage organization's call, he considered it necessary to update the information of the holders of these documents and asked the rest of these people to complete their information in the general call system to complete the information of Hajj depositors at the site of reserve.haj.ir.
Also speaking during the meeting, Supreme Leader's representative for Hajj and Pilgrimage and the head of Iranian pilgrims recalled the need for choosing a single messenger for informing in the upcoming Hajj and by informing the pilgrims through national media programs and solutions to reduce per capita factors of some organizations and organizations related to Operation Hajj provided recommendations.
This meeting continued with the report of Hojjat al-Islam Sohbatollah Rahmani, Deputy Head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization for Atabat Affairs, in connection with his trip last week to Atabat Al-Aliat, with the aim of solving the problems of pilgrimages to the holy Atabat in Iraq.
"During this visit, the problems that were mentioned through the officials involved in the work of the title or in expert meetings were discussed in a meeting with the officials of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, the mission of the Supreme Leader and foreign affairs in the cities of Karbala and Najaf, and Iraqi officials, and many The cases were resolved. Also, cases that were reported internally about the problems of pilgrimage caravans and pilgrims when crossing the border were followed up and resolved," Hojjat al-Islam Rahmani said.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab also positively evaluated the visit in order to reduce the problems of Iranian pilgrims traveling to the holy shrines and requested the development deputies of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization and Supreme Leader's Office and the deputy head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization for Atabat to follow up on the issue of registering the representative office of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization in Iraq and take the necessary actions.
