Book on Hajj and Pilgrimage Unveiled
A book on the implementation processes of Hajj and Pilgrimage was unveiled during the meeting of the Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader's Representative Office and Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization.
According to the Hajj Information Base, during the meeting of the Supreme Leader's Representative Office and Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization it was announced that the people who registered for the Hajj 1399 and did not succeed to be dispatched to the Land of Revelation during last Hajj will be given priority for Hajj 1402.
At this meeting which was held on Monday and presided by Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, the Supreme Leader's Representative for Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs, the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization's deputy head for deputy of Hajj and Umrah affairs also announced the publication of the advance notice of the registration of the priorities for the Hajj 1402 in the coming days.
He called on holders of Hajj vouchers who have not yet updated their information in the reservation system that regardless of whether they are applicants for Hajj 1402 or not, they should refer to this system as soon as possible because the information of applicants is considered one of the most important criteria for information and planning of the Hajj organization.
Head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Seyed Sadeq Hosseini also speaking during the meeting reported on the follow-ups regarding the upcoming Hajj flights and said that the expert meetings with the officials of the Civil Aviation Organization and Iran Air are underway.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab also emphasized the importance of clarifying the status of flights in the planning of future Hajj and shortening the travel time and asked the officials of this area in the organization of Hajj and Pilgrimage to finalize this issue as soon as possible.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab also called it necessary to give further information to the holders of Hajj vouchers to update their information and said that a consensus meeting to summarize the points that are going to be raised about the upcoming Hajj during the visit of the Iranian delegation to Saudi Arabia, with the presence of the mission officials and Hajj and pilgrimage organization next week.
He also called for providing appropriate solutions in various executive areas, including accommodation, which includes a high percentage of the Hajj expenses, due to the increase in the exchange rate.
Based on this report, at the end of this meeting, the book of Hajj and Pilgrimage Processes was unveiled in a ceremony in the presence of the Head of Iranian Pilgrims, as well as Rashidian and Hosseini, the former and current heads of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, respectively.
During the unveiling ceremony, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab appreciated the people who played a role in compiling the book on the processes of Hajj and Pilgrimage, and said that the preparation of this book caused more dynamics of executive activities in the field of Hajj.
The head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization also said that this book is an important work that can be the road map of this organization in the next decade.
Rashidian also described the revision of the implementation processes of Hajj as the result of collective wisdom and expressed hope that the content of this book will be useful for people who seek to improve the quality of service to pilgrims.
