Meeting of a group of Moukeb Owners with Supreme Leader's Representative
Supreme Leader's Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab in a meeting with a group of Tariq al-Ulama Moukeb owners considered the creation of unique scenes by the Iraqi people to welcome the Arbaeen Hosseini pilgrims as an indication of the depth of faith.
According to the Hajj Information Base, dozens of Moukeb owners and owners of Iraqi mosques, who during the Ba'ath party welcomed pilgrims secretly visiting the shrine of Imam Hossein (AS) on foot during Arbaeen and other occasions met with Supreme Leader's representative for Hajj and pilgrimage affairs.
During the meeting, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab said that the Arbaeen procession is different from other similar processions and ceremonies in the world because of its spiritual spirit, and said that this sublime and spiritual culture is due to the effort of jihad and sacrifice of the nation and the great tribes of Iraq while it has become eternal and permanent for you fathers, mothers and young Iraqis.
The Supreme Leader's representative said that the unique scenes created by the people of Iraq in welcoming Arbaeen pilgrims considered the depth of faith and referring to traditions of the Masoumeen (peace be upon them), cooperation and kindness to others and spending money in the way of God.
He called it a great success and a permanent reward in this world and the hereafter.
"You have achieved this success not because of your clan status or great wealth, but because of the grace of God and the good deeds of your parents or yourselves, and hosting and serving Imam Hossein (AS) pilgrims and such a position has been attained by believers of Imam Hossein (AS).
Head of Iranian Pilgrims referred to the auspicious days of the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution, and said that this revolution came to fruition with the struggle and awakening of the great people and the supreme reference and jihad of the people, and in the recent period, it brought the honor of Islam in the world.
Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdulhossein Hosni, who is in charge of this Iraqi delegation, meantime referred to the actions of the nomads of Kufa, Halla and Najaf during the oppression and oppression of Saddam and the Baath Party against the pilgrims of Arbaeen season, and said, "On this path, we witnessed many blessings from the grace of Imam Hossein(AS), and these are the proof of the authenticity of this path and an excellent example of the sacrifice of Shiites to preserve the Ashura movement."
He also appreciated the action of Astan-e Quds Razavi and the cultural and educational committee of Arbaeen in welcoming and hosting this delegation, and said, "We intend to take measures to preserve and introduce this spiritual heritage in cooperation with the Broadcasting Organization and the cultural committee of Arbaeen.
A documentary report titled "The Path of Love" that was aired on TV during this year's Arbaeen ceremony was an effort in this direction and an example of the struggle of these loved ones.
At the end of this meeting, the Iraqi guests had a friendly conversation with Hojjat al-Islam Navvab and requested to convey their greetings to the Supreme Leader.
Based on this report, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab also visited and greeted some elderly Iraqi women who were mothers of martyrs and owners of Moukeb.
It should be mentioned that this delegation is a guest of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Mashhad, Tehran and Qom at the invitation of Astan-e Quds Razavi and Arbaeen Cultural and Educational Committee. In this delegation, there are a group of Iraqi nomads and families who gave martyrs on the way to receive the pilgrims of Imam Hossein (AS) and their houses were destroyed by the Baath party. The old men and women who, despite the intimidation, killing and destruction, did not fail to provide services to the pilgrims by organizing the Moukebs in the era of Saddam's dictatorship, and kept the Arbaeen flag of the martyrs raised by giving their children and sacrificing their wealth.
