Supreme Leader's Representative: Most Important Priorities of Hajj 1402 Include Maintaining Quality, Reducing Per Capita Brokerage, Dispatch of Pilgrims
During the meeting of the Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader’s Representative Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab said that maintaining quality, reducing per capita agency and sending pilgrims are the most important priorities of the Hajj officials for future Hajj.
According to Hajj Information Base, the meeting of the Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader's Representative Office and the Organization of Hajj and Pilgrimage was held under the chairmanship of Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, the Supreme Leader's representative for Hajj and Pilgrimage and the head of Iranian pilgrims.
During the meeting, Deputy Head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization for Management and Resources Development Hamid Reza Rahbarifar reported on the investigations and measures taken by the expert committees to achieve quality maintenance, reducing per capita brokerage in the upcoming Hajj.
The Supreme Leader's Representative also emphasized the need to evaluate and maintain quality in providing services in Hajj 1402 and asked all the officials of the Hajj and Pilgrimage area and the medical center to try to implement the per capita reduction of brokerage in the future Hajj by using appropriate measures and solutions to ease and facilitate sending more pilgrims to the land of revelation.
In the continuation of the meeting, Head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Seyed Sadegh Hosseini and his deputy for Hajj and Umrah Affairs reported on the follow-up and measures taken to allocate a foreign currency credit line at an approved rate during the three-month periods of sending to holy places, providing Hajj flights and paying attention to solutions to reduce travel time and the activity of expert teams sent to Saudi Arabia to provide food and accommodation for pilgrims continued.
Meantime, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab stressed that the executive teams should pay attention to reducing costs and maintaining quality in the services provided in the process of providing the necessary facilities for the implementation of Hajj operations.
Also, Deputy Head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization for Atabat Hojjat al-Islam Sohbatollah Rahmani reported on his recent trip to Iraq to investigate and solve some problems of pilgrimage caravans traveling to shrines and Supreme Leader's deputy representative for cultural affairs Seyed Hossein Rokn al-Dini reported on holding additional training interviews for cultural servants and checking their competence and physical abilities to be capable for dispatch to Hajj rituals.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab also asked the Deputy of Pilgrims of the Hajj Organization to prepare a comprehensive software for Pilgrims as soon as possible, which includes various aspects of pilgrimages to the Holy Pilgrimage, in order to provide a better response to the pilgrims and those involved in this area.
