Veterans, valuable capital of Hajj and pilgrimage
At the meeting of managers, executives and servants of Hajj and Pilgrimage in Holy Mosque of Jamkaran, head of the Iranian pilgrims considered the veterans of this area as a valuable asset of Hajj and Pilgrimage and emphasized on taking advantage of their experiences and capabilities.
According to Hajj Information Base, Supreme Leader’s Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab who spoke among the veterans of hajj and pilgrimage in Qom on Friday night (5th Esfand), added: " you have been selected to serve the pilgrims of Baitullah al-Haram out of thousands people. You have to be thankful for God.
Your capital is the life you have given to the creation of God, and its practical thanksgiving is to convey your experiences and teachings to others so that the servants after you using these experiences in serving the pilgrims of God's House and take steps constant with pure intentions and skill.
Stating that the Supreme Leader’s Delegation Office is ready to collect the views, abilities and experiences of the veterans in audio and written formats and publish them in the form of a book, Supreme Leader’s Representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs stated: this capital can be provided to the servants of this field, although many books have published in the field, but the collection must be completed and updated.
Congratulating the birth of Hazrat Aba Abdollah al-Hossein (AS) and the birth of Hazrat Qamar Bani Hashem and Imam Sajjad (peace be upon them), head of the Iranian Pilgrims calling Imam Hossain's movement from Mecca to Karbala as a clear example of jihad of explanation, and said: today, the dynasty Hosseini's movement opens the way for humanity and the message of this movement can guide people towards happiness.
At the end, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab honored the memory of 250 servants of Dhiufu al-Rahman's who have died due to the outbreak of corona virus and said: Ayatollah ReyShahri (RA), former representative of Supreme Leader in hajj and pilgrimage affairs was in advance in this group that left precious memories of them and can benefit from it in the management of the mission.
Eulogy the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and reminiscence of the elders of Hajj and pilgrimage were among the other programs at the ceremony.
