Holders of prioritized documents should register for the upcoming Hajj al-Tamattu caravans from 10th Esfand.

According to the Hajj information base, It was announced at the meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization was held under the chairmanship of Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab and in the presence of the chairman of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Seyyed Abbas Hosseini that the applicants for Hajj 1402 must complete their registration process by entering the system that will be announced on Wednesday (10th Esfand).


Stating that from the 10th Esfand the applicants will be registered based on the priorities, deputy of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization in hajj and Umrah affairs Mr. Akbar Rezaei stated at the meeting that the first priorities are those people who are registered in the Hajj caravans 1399 and they have deposited the relevant funds and have not withdrawn yet.


The second priority for registration in Hajj 1402 is all the holders of Hajj deposit receipts until 29th Esfand, 1385, and they should complete personal information in the Reserve.haj.ir base and receive tracking code before registration, he said.


Stating the instructions for registration will be announced, Mr. Rezaei added: holders of Hajj deposit bills until the end of Ordibehesht 1386 are the next priority, he said registration will be done only until the capacity of the caravans is completed.


In the continuation of this meeting, head of the Iranian Pilgrims requested the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization to inform about how to receive the expenses of next Hajj. He also emphasized on the importance of a joint meeting of the ministers of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Roads and Urban Development and heads of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization and Civil Aviation to determine the hajj flights.


This meeting was continued with the report of deputy head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization for the development of management and resources Mr. Hamid Reza Rahbarifar about the follow-ups for the transfer of currency needed for Hajj to Saudi Arabia and the allocation of currency until the end of 1402 for pilgrimage trips under the supervision of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization.


The price of next year's Hajj will be calculated and announced for people who have two stages or one stage pay in order to buy foreign currency in 1399, as well as pilgrims who choose a caravan this year.


Referring to the increase in the hajj journey costs compared to previous years, he added: considering the currency price, the cost of providing services by the host country will be determined and informed.


Deputy head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization for the development of management and resources also announced the decrease of almost a thousand agents in the Hajj 1402 compared to the previous Hajjs and said: with the efforts of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, the number will be increased for the upcoming Hajj pilgrims this year and the ground for their visit to the land of revelation will be provided.


Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs also emphasized: the structure and tasks for the agents to be sent should be prepared and planned in such a way that the services to pilgrims are provided with desired quality.


Emphasized once again on dispatching caravans under the supervision of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization to holy shrines, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab said according to the provided facilities by companies that have the ability to provide services to Iranian pilgrims on pilgrimage travels to Iraq and Syria, should be supported and weak performers should be integrated into strong companies.


According to this report, at the end of the meeting, former chairman of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Dr. Seyed Sadegh Hosseini was presented among the members of this council and Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs honored and appreciated his services in the past one year by presenting gifts wished him success.
