Five days since the beginning of the operation of sending pilgrims to the Land of Revelation, at the meeting of the Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader's Representative Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, the Hajj officials announced the smooth and proper process of sending and settling pilgrims to the Land of Revelation.

According to the Hajj Information Base, the meeting of the Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader's representative office and the Organization of Hajj and Pilgrimage was held under the chairmanship of Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, the Supreme Leader's representative for Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and the head of Iranian pilgrims.


In this meeting, Seyed Abbas Hosseini, the head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, while pointing out that more than 10,000 pilgrims have visited the land of revelation, said: Today, 14 caravans will visit the mosque after spending their stay in Medina and then they will leave for Mecca.


Emphasizing that the various units of the Hajj and Pilgrimage complex in Medina and Mecca are ready to welcome the pilgrims, he added that Pilgrimages and the presence of pilgrims in the Holy Shrine in the Prophet Mosque will also have their normal process.


Appreciating the measures taken to facilitate the journey of pilgrims, the head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization asked the leaders of the caravans, especially the caravans that have more elderly pilgrims and according to the evaluations, to perform well in performing the assigned duties. be encouraged


The meeting continued with the report of Mr. Nasrollah Farahmand, CEO of Umrah Saadat Cultural Institute, regarding the number of visas obtained for pilgrims and agents, and the status of flights and accommodation for pilgrims in Medina.


He said: From Khordad 13, the number of flights will reach 16 to 18 per day, and the Hajj operation is ongoing without any problems.


In this meeting, Dr. Taher Daroudi, Deputy Director of Hajj and Umrah Medical Center for Hajj and Pilgrimage of the Red Crescent Society, also pointed out that 86,933 people have been registered in the Hajj Medical System, adding that only the examination status of less than 1,000 people has not been determined, which is also due to the formation of New caravans or waiting for the announcement of the results of additional tests.


He pointed out that the pilgrims were examined by 466 doctors in different provinces and added, "So far, the physical capacity of 243 people has not been confirmed."


At the end of this meeting, Mr. Hamid Reza Rahbarifar, Deputy Director of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, Management and Resources Development, reported the amount of deposit of the Hajj and Umrah registrants in the National Bank and stated: In order to protect the rights of the pilgrims, meetings with the officials of this bank were held and we hope that it will be successful.
