Head of Iranian Pilgrims Welcomed by Saudi Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah in Medina
Head of Iranian pilgrims and the head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization arrived in Medina to supervise the process of providing services to Iranian pilgrims and caravans and was welcomed by the representative of the Emir of Medina and the deputy minister of Saudi Hajj and Umrah.
According to the Hajj Information Base, Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, the Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and head of Iranian pilgrims, along with Mr. Seyed Abbas Hosseini, head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, and a group of officials from the Supreme Leader's representative office and the Hajj Organization with a welcome Mr. Mohammad Bijawi, deputy minister of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia and head of the headquarters of Medina and Mecca, entered the city of the Prophet (PBUH), i.e. Medina.
Upon the arrival of the Iranian delegation at Medina airport, Mr. Bijawi welcomed the presence of Supreme Leader's representative and the accompanying delegation in the country of Saudi Arabia and the city of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and stated that the presence of Iranian pilgrims in Saudi Arabia continues in a peaceful atmosphere. "We will provide good services to all pilgrims of Islamic countries, especially Iranian pilgrims.
By enumerating some of the demands that Iranian pilgrims expect from the host country, the Supreme Leader's representative said that one of the slogans of the host country is to serve pilgrims with honor, and this slogan will be realized when the pilgrims' demands are paid attention to and Try to make it happen.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab added that "we expect that the wishes of the pilgrims will be transferred to the Saudi authorities and attention will be paid to their implementation".
The representative of the Emir of Medina and the Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia also promised to raise the issues raised in the relevant institutions for a decision.
"We are trying to provide valuable services to Iranian pilgrims and other countries and, God willing, we will see Iranian Umrah pilgrims in Saudi Arabia after Hajj," he added.
The representative of the Supreme Leader in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs also emphasized that the requests raised are the demands of all Iranian pilgrims, and the more the host country pays attention to these requests, the more it will increase the satisfaction of the pilgrims.
Mr. Hosseini, the head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, while appreciating the sending of the representative of the Emir of Medina and the Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia to welcome the Iranian delegation, stated that "you and I have been at the service of the pilgrims for the past three decades, and whenever there was a problem for the pilgrims it has been resolved by the efforts of both sides and "we hope that the requests raised will also be resolved with your wisdom and tact".
The Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia also said that "we are happy to welcome the Iranian delegation and, God willing, we will provide acceptable services to the first pilgrim to the last pilgrim".
Based on this report, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab entered the Medina Headquarters at the Sukoon Hotel and was welcomed by a group of deputies, managers and officials of the Supreme Leader's Mission and Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization.
