In Hajj 1402 operation, feedbacks are used and reforms are made at the same time, Chairman of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization said at the third meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization in Medina.
According to the Hajj information base, the meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization held yesterday in Medina under the chairmanship of Iranian pilgrims’ head. The officials of Hajj 1402 operation reported at this meeting on the implementation process of this operation and measures taken in the Supreme Leader Delegation Office units, Medina headquarters and the medical center.
Stating that since the beginning of the operation, investigations have been started in the areas of housing, nutrition and supplies, medical services and transportation, Chairman of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Seyyed Abbas Hosseini added: using the collected feedbacks, reforms are made at the same time.
Pointing out that surveys show that the percentage of satisfaction in Hajj is 5.6% higher compared to the same days in the past, he expressed hope that with the efforts of pilgrims' servants, we will witness the growing process of Hajj operations and the increase of pilgrims' satisfaction.
Stating that the settlement of the third group of “Second Medina ”pilgrims has started in some hotels since yesterday, head of the Medina headquarters Javad Daneshyar said in the continuation of this meeting that until yesterday, 33.8% of the Hajj flight operation were carried out by 141 flights to Medina and Jeddah airports.
Stating that so far 23708 pilgrims have performed the pilgrimage in the form of 160 caravans using 503 buses, he added: by the efforts have been made, 27,330 pilgrims of “First Medina” have already had their turn to visit Roza Al-Munawreh online, and 17,400 people have prayed and worship in Roza al-Rizvan until yesterday.
Heads of the committees of Hajj 1402 also reported at the meeting about the plans and measures which have been taken and the negotiations with the officials of the host country to facilitate the affairs of Iranian pilgrims. In addition, secretary of this year’s Hajj crisis committee reported on the investigations carried out for pathology and extracting the percentage of pilgrims' satisfaction with the services.
Head of the inspection and evaluation of Supreme Leader Delegation Office Mohammad Reza Behboodifar also presented a report on the visit to the restaurant and resort on the way from Jeddah to Mecca and some hotels and kitchens that cook food for pilgrims in Medina.
Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and head of the Iranian pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab emphasized proposing solutions along with shortcomings shows a constructive view, cooperation and coordination in the Hajj and Pilgrimage complex.
Based on this report, head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Medical Center in Medina also announced the clearance of medicines sent from Iran for pilgrims during the Hajj 1402.
So far, 3561 people have been visited and 10442 have received medical services and eight patients have been transferred to Saudi hospitals for treatment, Ayad Bahadori added.
Pointing out that the received reports are satisfactory, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs addressing the audience said: by using the reports and using solutions, the difficulties should be solved as much as possible and pilgrims’ satisfaction should be increased.
Emphasizing on the necessity of providing proper information to justify and clarify the questions of pilgrims, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab expressed hope that with the opening of diplomatic representatives of our country in Riyadh and Jeddah, some of the Iranian pilgrims’ requests and demands will be addressed through official channels.
It should be mentioned that 87,550 Iranian pilgrims will attend this year Hajj. The journey of Iranian pilgrims to the land of revelation began on Khordad 3th and their transferring to Jeddah will be ended on Tir 1th.
