Meeting of Representatives of Delegations of Great Authorities of Taqlid With Head of Iranian Pilgrims
The representatives and members of the delegations of the supreme authorities of Taqlid in this year's hajj Sunday while attending the the Supreme Leader's Representative Office in Mecca, met with Head of Iranian pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab.
According to the Hajj Information Base, in the meeting which was attended by Mr. Seyed Abbas Hosseini, head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, the head of the Iranian Hajj pointed out the importance and role of managing the Hajj operation, and stated that this year's Hajj programs are more than what was imagined with divine grace. It has been done and, God willing, the pilgrims will return to the country with good health and a successful Hajj.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab stated that the number of flight stations in the country increased from 19 to 21 this year in order to facilitate the transfer of pilgrims, and added that various cultural and educational services were provided to the pilgrims and those involved in the implementation department also performed their activities to the extent they have done well.
He pointed out that 7 types of services are provided to the pilgrims by the Supreme Leader's Representative Office, the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization and the Medical Center, and explained about the request of some pilgrims regarding the shortening of the Hajj journey.
He said that this request was also the demand of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, while considering the limitations of the one-month flight timetable set by the host country, efforts have been made to find it in some cases.
"With the measures taken, some of the pilgrims will be transferred to the country after the departure of pilgrims from Mecca through Medina airport after the days of Tashriq, which will have an impact on the return of other pilgrims.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab continued to appreciate all the institutions that have helped to organize this year's Hajj and said, "The delegations of the great authorities of taqlid are also trying to calm the minds of the pilgrims by providing their services while taking care of the pilgrims' actions, and thanks God pilgrims are also satisfied, which is commendable and grateful.
He pointed to the satisfaction of the pilgrims of the last caravans of Medina that were transported by train from Medina to Mecca, and said that this action was taken to check and plan more use in the future Hajj, and the conclusion is that it can It is a good help in facilitating the transfer of pilgrims.
The Head of Iranian Pilgrims also mentioned the cooperation of the delegations of the Supreme Authority of Taqlid and the Medical Center of Hajj and Pilgrimage to reduce the number of servants sent to Hajj, and referring to the use of voluntary cooperation of doctors and nurses who are present as pilgrims in this year's Hajj, he said that this caravan was added to the number of pilgrims this year.
