According to the Hajj information base, A seminar on global and civilizing view on Hajj was held on Sunday night (Tir 18) in Mecca with the presence of Supreme leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and a group of scholars and thinkers from Iraq, Pakistan, Kashmir, India, Turkey, Burkina Faso and....


Referring to the individual and social dimensions of Hajj, speakers expressed at the conference, their views on the capacity of Hajj in shaping Islamic civilization and described Hajj as the manifestation of religion and crystallization of Islamic civilization.


At a time when everyone is looking for peace and the superpowers think that power can brings them peace, according to Imam Bagher (a.s.), peace appears with Hajj, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab emphasized.


Pointing out the key points of Supreme Leader's message for the ceremony of acquitting the polytheists on this year's Hajj, Head of the Iranian Pilgrims said: In this message, unity, ethics and spirituality are essential for the success and stability of Muslims.


Referring to this year's Hajj slogan, "Hajj; Qur'anic evolution, Islamic convergence and support of Holy Quds" he stated: when Quranic evolution occurs in the individual and convergence in the community, then the Islamic society must take step towards serving the Islamic world, and that is supporting the Holy Quds.


He expressed his hope that with the planning and study on civilization, valuable materials and contents will be prepared and presented by Muslim thinkers and scholars.


Based on the report, Hojjat al-Islam Sheikh Salim Al-Ameri from the Iraqi Hajj organization mentioned the history, works and benefits of Hajj, pointed out the difference between Hajj and other worships and called Hajj a collective movement.


Pointing out that attending Masjid al-Haram and Tawaf (going around Kaaba) is the dream of all Muslims, Syed Mohammad Razavi from Pakistani Baltistan region said: Kaaba is the gathering place of aspiring hearts who want to reach Baitullah al-Haram.


Hajj deputy of Burkina Faso Sheikh Abdul Fattah, also said at this conference Hajj is an important worship that leads a person to a social life in his personal life.


Qasim Nasim, the author of the book "Philosophy of Hajj and Umrah" from Pakistan, stating that Hajj has two characteristics of individual and social worship, emphasized on the necessity of Muslims to use this great congress.


Seyyed Murad Razavi from Pakistan also pointed out the possibility of crystallization of Islamic civilization in Hajj and said: the message of Islamic civilization should be transferred to the world through Hajj.


According to this report, international deputy of Supreme Leader Delegation Office Hojjat al-Islam Mansour Mirahmadi also stated that the purpose of this meeting was to deal with the concepts and teachings of Hajj and its relationship with Islamic civilization.
