Hajj Organization and Supreme Leader Delegation Office ready to perform Umrah operation
Hajj Organization and Supreme Leader Delegation Office are ready to perform Umrah operation at the right time, Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab emphasized at the meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of Supreme Leader Delegation Office and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization.
According to the Hajj information base, the meeting was held by the chairmanship of Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and head of Iranian pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab. Hajj and Umrah deputy of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Gholamreza Rezaei presented at the meeting a detailed report of reviews and expertise for the resumption of Umrah trips.
Stating the proposed solutions and plans for resuming the Umrah trips, he pointed to the reviews regarding the dispatch of work groups and required agents, flights and the main activities of Umrah affairs.
In the continuation of this meeting, head of the Iranian pilgrims presented and specified recommendations regarding the timing and the number of flight stations for sending Umrah pilgrims and said: Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization and Supreme Leader Delegation Office are ready to perform Umrah operation at the right time and are waiting for the announcement of state’s decisions on this matter.
The meeting continued with the report of cultural deputy of Supreme Leader Delegation Office Hojjat al-Islam Seyyed Hossein Rokn al-Dini on the cultural activities which were done during Hajj 1402.
He pointed to holding 150 fondness and cognition programs, 37 concentrated Kumail prayer , 24 concentrated Nudbah prayer, 18 special programs for national and religious occasions, 67 programs for pilgrimages during special periods, 104 programs for of study of Mecca and Medina, and 47 programs for fondness with the Qur'an and added: holding various conferences and dozens meetings with cultural servants, clerics, deputies and cultural managers of complexes are among the other activities, and similar programs have been held separately in connection with Sunni pilgrims in Mecca and Medina.
At the end of this meeting, the report of the crisis management headquarters for Hajj al-Tamattu 1402 regarding the survey conducted on the level of pilgrims satisfaction with transportation, medical services, nutrition and logistics, airport and flight services, accommodation and… was presented and clarified: the level of satisfaction with the Hajj operation was nearly 82%.
Evaluating the preparation of such reports as useful for the future planning of Hajj, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs stated that this survey shows the overall level of satisfaction with the activities of various sectors, which include transportation services highest and accommodation the lowest.
