One-day conference of office managers and experts of Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs in provinces was held in Qom with the presence of Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs. Registration and dispatching pilgrims to Umrah was explained at the meeting.
According to the Hajj information base, at the end of the explanatory conference in Qom, office managers and experts of Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs in provinces issued a statement strongly condemning the crimes of the Zionist regime in the occupied territories against the oppressed and defenseless people of Palestine and asked international organizations and assemblies not to turn a blind eye to these crimes.
It was asked in the statement liberal nations and Muslims , while boycotting Israeli goods, declare their disgust and hatred for the Zionist regime and express sympathy with the oppressed Palestinian nation.

It was explained the instructions and the process of sending cultural servants to pilgrimage trips by cultural deputy of Supreme Leader Delegation Office Hojjat al-Islam Seyyed Hossein Rokn al-Dini at the meeting. Education director of Supreme Leader Delegation Office Hojjat al-Islam Mohammad Ali Akhavian also expressed at the meeting some points regarding the holding of scientific interviews and selecting cultural servants.
Informing preparations for dispatching pilgrims to Umrah, Management and Resources Development Deputy in the Supreme Leader Delegation Office Mr. Mohammad Hossein Khoshnevis said: according to the arrangements by the relevant authorities, about 300,000 people from our country are going to be sent to the land of revelation every year in the form of Umrah pilgrimages.
