Two saplings were planted by the Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and chairman of Hajj and pilgrimage organization in the Organization premises.
According to the Hajj information base, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab and chairman of Hajj and pilgrimage organization Sayyed Abbas Hossini planted two saplings in the yard of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Simultaneous to Arbor week.
On the sidelines of this ceremony, which was attended by a number of deputies and directors of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization and Supreme Leader Delegation office, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab pointed out the importance of preserving the environment and developing green space.

Stating that the forests and green spaces in the world grow due to God's grace, he said: God created forests, natural green spaces, and tall cypress trees and kept them green.
Hojjat al-Islam Navvab described the green space as night bread and said: paying attention to green space and the environment is necessary because it is the green space that produces oxygen and vitality.
Referring to some artificial spaces (such as artificial grass), he said: Planting trees and paying attention to natural green spaces makes people see the power of God.
Referring to the saying of Holy Prophet of Islam (pbuh) that if someone plants a tree and bears fruit, God will reward the person who planted the tree, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs said: today we have planted a sapling that the efforts of the green space workers will have a great impact on its growth and development, and these efforts of loved ones are worthy of thanks.
Regarding the saying of Imam Sadiq (a.s.) on the issue of farming, he said: God did not send a prophet unless he was a farmer, and Islam pays special attention to farming.
