Imam Khomeini (RA); revivalist of the Abrahamic Hajj in present era

According to the Hajj information base, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and head of the Iranian Pilgrims Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab spoke On Sunday (Ordibehesht 23) at the national coordination meeting of the managers and deputies of Hajj al-Tmattu’ 1403 convoys and complexes about the importance of this year's Hajj in enlightening Muslims about the Palestine issue and acquittal Hajj.

At the meeting, which was held in person and online at the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization with the presence of a group of Pilgrims servants, caravan managers and officials of Hajj complexes, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs said: Imam Khomeini (RA) was the revivalist of the Abrahamic Hajj and acquitted of the polytheists in the present era.

Pointing out that all those who go to the Land of Revelation to perform Hajj al-Tmattu’ operation, have willed the Almighty God; Hojjat al-Islam Navvab said: the leaders of the caravans, in addition to their social status, love to serve the pilgrims.

Head of the Iranian pilgrims said: there are verses in the Holy Quran that refer to the beloved of God, which include the patient, repentant and etc., but the managers of the caravans are an example of this verse: Do good, God loves the good.

Emphasizing that the most devout people are those who are the benevolent, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab said to the caravan managers: God Almighty has chosen you to serve His guests. You have certainly been proud in the tests of previous years that God has chosen you to serve the pilgrims. It has been said in the narrations that the most pious people are those who are benevolent to others, and you are an example of that.

Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs continued to give recommendations to the managers of caravans and said: every day, work on behalf of a martyr or a number of martyrs or others, because we are indebted to the martyrs.

He also asked the caravan managers to be patient in interacting with the pilgrims and treat them well and consider themselves as Sympathetic ear of Baitullah Al-Haram pilgrims and the experienced caravan managers share their experiences with the others.

Stating that the pilgrims' morale are different, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab emphasized that the caravan managers and clergy should be privy to the pilgrims' secrets.

Explaining the importance of keeping secrets of the pilgrims, he pointed to a narration from the Innocents (PBUH) and said: Imam Sadiq (a.s.) says in a narration: "For a man to express his trust in his religious brother, it is enough to refer his needs to him."

At the end of his speech, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab asked pilgrims of Baitullah Al-Haram to pray for the victory of Palestinian nation and the healing of the wounded people in Gaza during the upcoming hajj, and he prayed for success, health and honor for all of them from God Almighty.
