First Group of Iranian Hajj pilgrims Left for Land of Revelation

The first caravans of Iranian Hajj pilgrims, escorted by the head of Iranian pilgrims, left for the land of revelation through the "Salam" terminal of Imam Khomeini (RA) airport on Monday morning.

According to the Hajj Information Base, the escort ceremony of the first group of Hajj pilgrims of Hajj 1403, who left for Medina through Salam Terminal of Imam Khomeini (RA) Airport, on Monday morning was attended by Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, the Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs and head of Iranian pilgrims; Seyed Abbas Hosseini, the head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, the Saudi ambassador in Tehran and several airline officials.


 


Necessity of Praying for Oppressed Palestinians in Land of Revelation


 


The Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs during the ceremony held for the first caravans of Iranian Hajj pilgrims, prayed for the acceptable Hajj for all the pilgrims of the Sacred House from God Almighty.


Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab, stating that the motto of this year's Hajj is "Qur'an-centered, empathy and Islamic authority and defense of oppressed Palestine", advised the pilgrims to establish peace in Masjid-ul-Nabi (pbuh) and Masjid-ul-Haram by reciting and ending the Quran.


The head of the Iranian pilgrims further referred to a part of this year's slogan of Hajj Tammattu entitled Empathy and asked Iranian pilgrims to have good communication and interaction with pilgrims and Muslims of different countries.


He reminded that the late "Sheikh Saleh bin Abdul Rahman Al-Hossein", the former head of the affairs of Masjid al-Haram and Masjid al-Nabi, constantly emphasized that Iranian pilgrims have good order and planning and have good interaction and communication with pilgrims from other countries.


Hojjat al-Islam Navvab called Islamic authority and defense of the oppressed Palestine another part of this year's Hajj slogan and said that pilgrims should follow a prophetic path and pray for the victory of the Palestinian people in the Land of Revelation.


He further referred to a hadith of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and said that the Holy Prophet of Islam said: "I am in charge of the affairs of the Muslims, I am happy with them, and when I hear them, I say to the Muslims, 'Whoever wakes up in the morning and strives for the affairs of the Muslims.' And whoever hears someone's cry for help and does not help him, is not a Muslim."


Referring to the fact that today Muslims, Jews and Christians all over the world have unitedly supported Palestine, he said, "We should also support the oppressed nation with the help of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and Ahl al-Bayt (pbuh)."


"Today, many aid and aid convoys from the Abrahamic religions of Jews, Christians and Muslims supporting the oppressed people of Palestine have reached the border of Egypt and Gaza, but the child-killing Zionist regime prevents these aids from entering the Gaza Strip, while The conscience of American professors and students is also boiling and they are defending the oppression of Palestinians," he added.


Hojjat al-Islam Navvab also pointed to the will of Imam Ali (AS) which emphasizes the need to care for the neighbors and said, "The Commander of the Faithful is the Imam of all Muslims and according to the Supreme Leader, Hazrat Ali (AS) and Hazrat Fatima (SA) are the axis of unity of the Islamic world.


He further considered the country of Palestine as the heart of the Islamic world and emphasized that God Almighty punishes the oppressor and helps the oppressed.


In the end, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab asked the Hajj pilgrims, who are going to Medina, to greet the Prophet (PBUH) on behalf of the residents of Gaza and offer prayers in Masjid-ul-Haram and Masjid-ul-Nabi (PBUH) in honor of the martyrs of Gaza and offer it to the souls of these martyrs.


 


Allocation of 765 Return Flights for Pilgrims of Land of Revelation


 


Mehrdad Bazarpash, Minister of Roads and Urban Development, while speaking in this ceremony, said that the government and the aviation industry and all the military, security, army, police, the representative of the Supreme Leader in matters of Hajj and Pilgrimage, and the organization of Hajj and Pilgrimage, etc. are proud that they are servants of the Hajj pilgrims.


Pointing out that the Umrah operation was resumed after a gap of several years, he said, "In total, 765 round-trip flights will be made during the Hajj ceremony this year, which are the responsibility of the two airlines of Iran Air and Meraj Airline.


The Minister of Roads further said that the operation of transporting pilgrims to the Holy House of God will be carried out from 21 airports in the country, including the Salam Terminal of Imam Khomeini International Airport (RA), and the Saudi Arabia's Embassy in our country also provided good cooperation in the field of travel to the Land of Revelation.


Pointing out that Salam Terminal of Imam (RA) Airport will be ready to transfer Arbaeen Hosseini pilgrims to Iraq in the next few months, he expressed hope that the transfer of Hajj pilgrims, which will begin tonight, will be the beginning of a movement that will be proud of people involved there.


The Minister of Roads and Urban Development emphasized the need to learn from past experiences to provide better services to pilgrims and said that the aviation industry consists of various departments including flight crew operations, technical engineers, protection and security support, flight protection, etc., and institutions Various. They cooperate with the Ministry of Roads in this field.


At the end, pointing out that thousands of people are serving in the country's aviation industry, he said to the employees of the aviation industry: "Surely, you share the reward of the pilgrims of Baitullah Al-Haram."


 


Transferring 40% of Iranian Pilgrims From Salam Terminal


 


Saeed Chalandari, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Imam Khomeini (RA) Airport City, while speaking in the spiritual ceremony of Hajj Pilgrims of 1403, pointing out that the operation of transferring pilgrims from the Salam Terminal of Imam Khomeini (RA) International Airport this year for the third year in a row is being done, he said: "Salam Terminal will host 40% of the country's pilgrims in the coming Hajj."


Stating that Imam Khomeini airport city hosts pilgrims of Baitullah Al-Haram from 11 provinces of the country, he said that 237 flights will be made from Imam (RA) airport and a total of 33,000 pilgrims will visit the land of revelation from this airport.


Chalandari mentioned some of the services provided for the pilgrims and said: "All our efforts are to leave this great mission with pride and success."
