Hajj Officials in Medina Commemorate Martyrs of Air Crash and Keeping Peace of Pilgrims to Perform Hajj

In the second meeting of the Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader's delegation and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization in Medina, it was emphasized that commemorating these martyrs and maintaining the peace of the pilgrims to perform Hajj will be the focus and priority in all the plans of Iranian pilgrims in the Land of Revelation.

According to the Hajj information site, in the meeting of the Planning and Coordination Council of the Supreme Leader's Delegation and the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, which was held after the official publication of the news of the martyrdom of the President and his accompanying delegation, it was emphasized that this loss It will not affect the efforts of the cultural and administrative servants in serving the pilgrims, and everyone will be determined to perform their duties more than before.


In this meeting, Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab expressed his condolences to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution and the noble people of Iran for the painful loss of the country's servants and honest personalities, and stated, "Our duty is to continue the path of these martyrs in service to pilgrims and we should do our best to serve the guests of God."


Pointing out that martyr Ayatollah Raisi was on the scene in various fields, the head of Iranian pilgrims said, "Ayatollah Raisi's highest honor was the approval and support of the leadership of the programs and performance of that noble martyr."


Hojjat al-Islam Navvab reminded Ayatollah Raisi's care and special attention to Hajj and pilgrimage programs, and said, "This high-ranking martyr used to personally attend the meetings and follow up on various matters of Hajj and pilgrimage, especially the Arbaeen journey. In the last meeting we had with him to coordinate matters, he issued a clear order to solve some problems, including issues related to foreign exchange affairs."


Pointing out that the bitterness of this loss will remain in the history of revolution like the martyrdom of Beheshti, the representative of the Supreme Leader in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs mentioned the cooperation of Martyr Ayatollah Raisi in the affairs of Hajj clerics and providing services to pilgrims, and said, "Ayatollah Raisi is one of the associates of the liaison. It was the affairs of the clergy, and he had indescribable care and effort in dealing with the affairs of the clergy and pilgrims."


Hojjat al-Islam Navvab also honored the character of Martyr Amirabdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and said, "In addition to his legal position, he had a special interest in the resistance front and was a person with good morals. He was strong in front of the enemy and had the utmost kindness and respect with his friends."



In the end, he pointed to the various programs of the delegation of the Supreme Leader and the Hajj and Pilgrimage organization to commemorate the martyrs of the recent tragic accident and asked the officials, managers and cultural and executive agents of the Hajj and Pilgrimage field to hold as grandiose commemoration rituals as possible. "Actions on behalf of these loved ones should be arranged so that the process of Hajj operations goes through its normal routine and the pilgrims perform their actions and rituals in a peaceful atmosphere," he added.


In the continuation of this meeting, Seyed Abbas Hosseini, the head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, condoled the martyrdom of the honorable President and his accompanying delegation, and said, "Ayatollah Raisi and the Minister of Foreign Affairs' favors and services in the field of Hajj and Pilgrimage will never be forgotten, and in various executive matters, he owes attention."


"We will continue the path of these pilgrims in serving the pilgrims and we will use all our efforts to serve the guests of the Rahman and this loss will not affect the efforts of our colleagues in the Hajj operation and more than in the past in fulfilling their duties. We are determined," he added.


In the continuation of this meeting, officials of different departments reported on the status of providing services to pilgrims. The issue of transporting pilgrims by high-speed train from Medina to Mecca, which has satisfied the pilgrims, was one of the topics raised, and the Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs emphasized that the pathology of this action should be done as soon as possible and possible weaknesses should be removed.


According to the head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, all the Iranian caravans were transported by train from Medina to Mecca in the last two nights, and the food service on the train was also done well.



Pointing out that the presence of pilgrims in rituals continues as planned, he said, "So far, more than 3,000 Iranian pilgrims have entered Mecca."



At the end of this meeting, Dr. Seyed Ali Marashi, head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Medical Center, pointed out the deployment of medical and medical staff according to the plan in Medina and Mecca, and said: "We are in the process of final clearance of the shipment of medicines sent from Iran, so that they can reach the centers faster. to distribute treatment."
