The desert of Arafat was empty on Saturday night (Dhul Hijjah 9th according to the Arabian calendar) and Hajj pilgrims took the road to Mashar al-Haram and the land of Mena to continue their rituals.
According to the Hajj information base, more than 87,000 Iranian Hajj pilgrims during this year were transported from Arafat to Mena and Muzdalifa last night using 304 buses in the form of the so-called "traffic transportation" operation.
According to this report, after the Maghrib call to prayer, the operation of transporting excused women pilgrims began.
These pilgrims, whose number was about 43000, were transferred to Mena in the fifth stage of traffic transportation, after an emergency stop at Mashar al-Haram.
The rest of the pilgrims, who were men, were transferred from Arafat to Muzdalifah in the sixth stage of transportation.
The fifth stage started on Saturday evening and continued. At this stage, all pilgrims (women and excused) left Arafat and after a short stop at Muzdalifa tenor station, they were transferred to Mena.
Shortly after that, in the sixth stage of the transportation operation, the transferring the male pilgrims to Muzdalifa (Mashar al-Haram) was done, and upon leaving for Muzdalifah, they stopped in the open space there to spend the night in prayer and Du’a.
These pilgrims are now in Mashar al-Haram to set off on foot to the land of Mena after the morning prayer and sunrise.
On the tenth day of Dhul Hijjah (Sunday), which is Eid al-Adha in Arabia, they perform acts such as Rami Jamrat (stoning the devil), sacrifice (sheep, cow or camel) and also Halq and Taqsir (shaving or cutting hair). head) in the land of Mina, and will stay there for three days.
