Iranian Pilgrims Head, Hajj Officials Pay Tribute to Martyred FM Amirabdollahian

The head of Iranian Hajj pilgrims and officials of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization came to the grave of martyr Hossein Amirabdollahian and honored the memory of the late Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran by reciting the Fatiha and offering prayers.

According to the Hajj Information Base, the Head of Iranian Pilgrims and the Head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, together with a number of deputies and managers of the delegation of the Supreme Leader and this organization, attended the tomb of the martyr Hossein Amirabdollahian in the shrine of Abdulazim Hasani (AS) where they paid tribute to this martyr.


In this ceremony, which was accompanied by the recitation of verses from the Holy Word of God by Haj Ismail Shadaloui, a prominent reciter of Iran, and the praise and remembrance of the plight of the Ahl al-Bayt, Haj Hamid Ramazanpour, the officials and managers of the Hajj and Pilgrimage area together with the pilgrims of this enlightened court recited the Fatiha and honored the memory of the late foreign minister of Iran.


Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab and Seyed Abbas Hosseini, Head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, also attended and paid tribute to Martyr Seyed Mehdi Mousavi, Martyr Seyed Mahdi Jaladati, who was martyred in the Zionist regime's attack on Iran's consulate in Damascus and Martyr Vahid Zamani, one of the companions of Martyr Lieutenant General Hajj Qassem Soleimani, who were buried near the grave of the martyred Foreign Minister.


According to this report, the officials of Hajj and Pilgrimage also met and discussed with Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Ali Qazi Askar, who was in charge of the holy shrine of Hazrat Abdulazim Hasani (AS) after visiting Seyed Al-Karim Court.


In this meeting, the governor of Holy Shrine of Abdul Azim Hasani (AS) mentioned the successful holding of Hajj and expressed the satisfaction of pilgrims, and considered serving the pilgrims as a great opportunity.


Pointing out that Hajj was held successfully this year despite the pressures of the host country, he clarified: Hajj is the flag and the science of Islam and a great work was done this year.


The Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs also considered the successful holding of Hajj as the result of the efforts of all the servants in different departments and attributed this year's Hajj to some features and issues, including the extreme heat of about 50 degrees during the Hajj season, especially during the days of Tashriq, a decrease of more than 35%. Iranian casualties reduced compared to the previous Hajj with the efforts of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Medical Center and its servants and executive agents, the reduction of the agency body for the pilgrims and the dispatch of 7 more caravans than the Hajj of 1998 and the successful holding of the ceremony of disavowal of pagans in all Iranian tents in the Arafat desert with the planned measures and the security bottlenecks of the host country.


Hojjat al-Islam Navvab added that the use of the high-speed train of the Haram to transport the pilgrims of Medina before and Medina after and Mecca and the use of umbrellas by the pilgrims on the way of Rami Jamrat were among the initiatives of this year's Hajj, which resulted in the satisfaction of the pilgrims.


He also mentioned the complaints of a number of pilgrims about the situation of congestion in Mena and some suggestions presented to the host country in order to provide better services to the pilgrims of Iran in the land of Mena and expressed hope that the host country will use these plans.
