Repairing damages of the past Arbaeen should be prioritized in planning
At the meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of hajj and pilgrimage organization and Supreme Leader Delegation Office, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab called the officials of this area to prioritize repairing damages of the past Arbaeen in the planning of Arbaeen 1403
According to the Hajj information base, In this year's Arbaeen, it should be done in such a way that the problems of the previous years are not repeated and due to the hot weather, attention should be paid to the issue of informing and taking necessary measures to preserve the health of the pilgrims, Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab said at the meeting of Planning and Coordination Council of hajj and pilgrimage organization and Supreme Leader Delegation Office.
Deputy of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization in Atabat-e-Aliyat affairs Mr. Hamid Reza Mohammadi presented at the meeting a report on the organization actions in registration, insurance, guidance and missing persons departments, and announced the final registration of 1,194000 million of Arbaeen pilgrims until this morning in the Samah system.
Stating that the process of registering pilgrims is 15% higher than the same period last year, he said: So far, 62% and 38% of the registrants are men and women, respectively, and it is expected that according to the experience of the previous year, with the beginning of the month Safar, the process of daily registration will exceed 100,000 people.
Referring to the age ranges of the Arbaeen pilgrims, deputy of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization in Atabat-e-Aliyat affairs said: according to the registered requests, the most requests for going to Iraq are 5th to the 10th of Safar, and last year, about 1,400000 million people were dispatched to Iraq during this period. They went to Iraq and came back.
In the continuation of this meeting, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization emphasized on providing the necessary facilities to serve pilgrims who go to Iraq in the first days of the month of Safar and said : due to the fact that the Iraqi Mukebs are not yet fully activated to provide services, it is necessary to take appropriate measures to facilitate pilgrimage process of this group of pilgrims, and related institutions should pay attention to it faster.
Mr. Seyyed Abbas Hosseini also added: regarding what was the Hajj organization responsibility, expert meetings were held, and in the issue of guidance and missing persons, more than 1200 people have announced their readiness, and among them capable and experienced forces will be selected and would be dispatched.
In the continuation of this meeting, head of the Red Crescent Hajj and Pilgrimage Medical Center Dr. Seyed Ali Marashi pointed out the measures taken by this center in providing medicine and medical services to Arbaeen pilgrims in the pilgrimage cities and on the route from Najaf to Karbala, and also Hajj and Umrah deputy of Hajj and Pilgrimage organization and CEO of Saadat Umrah Institute Nasrollah Farahmand reported on the latest follow-ups in dispatching Umrah pilgrims to the Land of Revelation.
Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs also emphasized: representatives of the Hajj and Aviation Organization should be sent to the host country as soon as possible to follow up the executive affairs and clarify the flight schedules, so that the demands of the pilgrims who are on their turn to be sent can be adequately answered during Umrah, and even a week period in sending Umrah pilgrims should not be neglected.
