Necessity of transferring retirees’ experiences of Hajj and Pilgrimage area to young forces
A gathering of retired veterans of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization was held with the presence of Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab and head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Seyed Abbas Hoseini, and transferring of the precious experiences of these servants to the young forces was emphasized.
According to the Hajj information base, at the beginning of this gathering, which was held Tuesday (20 Shahrivar) with the presence of the Hajj and Pilgrimage organization retirees, Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Abdolfattah Navvab said that the retirees of the Hajj and Pilgrimage organization have beautiful memories of serving the pilgrims. He also said: Pilgrims of the land of revelation and holy places in Iraq and Syria have benefited from you retirees valuable services.
Referring to the saying of Hazrat Ali (a.s.) about constructive activity in work, he said: various administrative tasks are performed in the country, but none of them are as sincere and satisfying as serving the pilgrims of the land of revelation and holy shrine.
Stating that the hardships of serving to pilgrims are also sweet, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab clarified: Hajj managers and brokers spend the days of Tashriq with all its hardships, but they still have a desire to be honored and serve in the following years. This is the value of activity and work; God manifests the love of serving to pilgrims in the hearts and it should be appreciated.
In the days of retirement, many people do not have any contact with the colleagues and friends after leaving work and activities, but in the center of retirees and among the employees of Hajj and pilgrimage, situation is different, and we witness the continuous relations of these loved ones, and less individuals has moved away.
Convergence and kindness among you dear ones is praiseworthy and you should appreciate these moments, Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs emphasized.
Your actions and services throughout your working life have been followed by many good prayers and many people whom you have served, remember and pray for you by mentioning the memories of Hajj, and you have saved this good end for yourself.
Retirees of the Hajj and Pilgrimage area should compile and write down their valuable experiences and pass it on to the young forces, Hojjat al-Islam Navvab emphasized.
Paying tribute to the retirees and veterans of the Hajj Pilgrimage area, head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Mr. Seyed Abbas Hoseini said: we have put respect for the elders at the top of our work and we appreciate your hard work and efforts during your years of presence.
With your experience and knowledge, you retirees have brought Hajj and pilgrimage to this point, and we have obtained the flag that is owed to your efforts, and we are serving dear pilgrims, he added.
We have tried to use the experiences, knowledge and abilities of your dear ones, and with no doubt, we pay attention to these valuable experiences, Mr. Hoseini stated.
He also emphasized on the necessity to benefit from the knowledge and experience of retired people in of Hajj and Pilgrimage area in order to improve serving to pilgrims.
According to this report, several deputies and managers of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization and Supreme Leader Delegation Office were also present at the meeting.
Board of Directors Chairman of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Retirees Center Mr.Hamzei, presented a report on the actions and programs of this center in different departments and appreciated Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj and Pilgrimage affairs and head of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization for the attention and honoring of the retirees.
